In the years we've had our home at Rehoboth, this is the first and last time for this place. My husband and I both got the crab cakes. We sent 2.75 crab cakes back and didn't even find them worthy of taking them home. The herb potatoes are nothing more than a plate filler with no taste. The New England... More

We have been going to Rehoboth Beach, DE for many years. One of my favorite places to stop is Henlopen for happy hour. They have a great raw bar, 1/2 dozen oysters or clams for $7 and steamers that are just amazing and the buffalo shrimp is good too. They also had burger sliders and pulled pork sliders. The happy... We stopped here for happy hour and enjoyed a wonderful selection of drinks and appetizers. They had burger and pork sliders, raw and steamed oysters, shrimp, etc. I would highly recommend this restaurant for happy hour and/or dinner. Very fresh seafood.

This is as good as it gets for seafood. The food is fresh and creative. The oyster bisque is incredible, and the salads are very creative and tasty. Equally as good, there is a casual, lively, and fun atmosphere there. We have been twice, and both times it was great.

The seafood at the Henlopen City Oyster House was amazing! The oysters were cold, fresh and tasty, the steamed clams were excellent, and the entire meal was out of this world! This was the best seafood dinner I have ever eaten and believe me, I eat a lot of seafood!

After having this restaurant recommended to us by 2 different hotels, we finally visited and were blown away! We started with a bloody Mary made with house infused cucumber vodka which was delicious. Everything we ate was fantastic - you could taste the freshness. We had soup, oysters Rockefeller, calamari, and a grouper entree that we haven't stopped talking about.... More

This place was packed so I suggest going early or during the week. The atmosphere was inviting, simple and clean. The food was delicious and the service was great. The only disappointment was that our servings were a little small.

If you want the best oyster experience in Rehoboth, and if you want some creative and tasteful libations, this is THE place. Seasonal martinis are expertly prepared by Jamie and Amy, oysters so divine with a champagne vinaigrette, your taste buds will dance. Whatever fresh fish they are serving, get it. Ad, don't overlook their lobster Mac and cheese, it's... More
