They have the best french fries (fresh cut Idaho fries) cooked in 100% peanut oil. This place does not look so fancy but their food is so delicious. If you're looking for a classy restaurant you should look for somewhere else but if you're looking for delicious food this is the right place @ the boardwalk.

I stay at Beach View Motel in Rehoboth every year, right across the street from Gus & Gus! Me and my entire family love Gus and Gus! Their steak subs are outta this world, their fried chicken is comparable to our home cooked chicken. We will eat at least one of our meals here every day of our vacation! Oh,... More

This place was recommended for fried chicken but it was not good. The chicken was dry and over cooked. It also did not really have any flavor from any seasoning, definitely a Southern must. I am a North Carolinian and I grew up with good homemade fried chicken and this just did not cut it. The fries were pretty good... More

Got some of there fried chicken the first night we got here. Unfortunatly we haven't been able to get it since. They are open until 11 pm but they haven't had any chicken left at 7 pm for the last two nights.

Best value for the fries and you have to get fries on the boardwalk. Truly local as they are open during the off season as well. If you like it fried, get it there. Fries, Chicken, Corn Dogs, etc,

A homey place where it looks like it did when it opened. Over 50 years of family run business. Met Gus and his wife some of the kids and grand kids too. Food was burgers chicken. Etc. all tasty and fast. Good restaurant right on the boardwalk.

That is exactly what you are looking for with a beach side, board walk greasy spoon. I know this stuff can't be good for me, but it tasted great. Their cheese steak with fried onions and some hot and sweet peppers was very tasty!

I was visiting family in Delaware in June and got dropped off at the beach while they hit the outlet stores. It started to rain so by chance, I just happened to duck into this restaurant. Great little dive with a lot of history. I ordered the Gyro sandwich and it was spot on. Hefty portion of tasty lamb. For... More

After reading the reviews, we decided to get the fried chicken. It was ok. The cheesesteaks and gyros looked really good though. I think I would've been happier with those instead of the fried chicken. The staff was friendly and service was good.
