I wouldn't normally order foie gras in a pub, but I gave the foie gras on hamburger a try, and it was suprisingly good! The slice of seared foie gras worked pretty well with the generous sized burger. They have a great beer selection, and the menu is pretty creative. (The 120 minute Dog Fish Head beer was fantastic!) We've... More

We were on the fence, what we were doing for dinner on a Sunday night. There is not a great deal of choices, in the area and we usually do not go out on a Sunday for dinner anyway. So we checked out Two Stones. It's your typical Pub atmosphere and not updated as the one in Kennet Sq, PA.... More

Opted to stop at Two Stones instead of the diner on a Sunday afternoon. Was happy we made that choice. Husband had the smokehouse platter, included eggs, brisket, pork and I had the french toast with peanut butter cream cheese. Both were very very good. The platter included a drink so the bill was a little on the pricier side,... More

Was guided to the TSP through tripadvisor, and wasn't disappointed. Great beer selection, being from the midwest there were a lot of varieties that I had seen before. Food was excellent too, the wild mushroom soup was delicous. Would definitely go back again and already did as I went there Mon and Wed nights when I was in Newark.

This is a great secret gem in Newark. Skip the restaurants on Main St and try this great pub with high end food and an endless beer selection. They have bar food and then gourmet entrees that won't disappoint.

While in Newark for the weekend, we dropped into Two Stones for lunch to see what all the local buzz was about. We were not disappointed. It's tucked away in a corner of a strip, not so easy to find, even with the GPS, but worth the effort. The staff was attentive and courteous, I'd say going extra miles to... More

Always a great beer selection and the service is top notch. To say that the food is "pub food" is probably a disservice as many of the dishes would be better suited to a restaurant instead of a pub. The constantly changing specials are very often a real treat. I have only one complaint and that is the wine selection... More

Unfortunately I was only there for a happy hour get together, so I didn't get to try the menu, which had some great selections. What I did get to enjoy were the awesome appetizers and an amazing assortment of specialty beers!

I've resided in Delaware for over 2 plus years. We decided to eat there as it was recommended to us. I've been missing a gem!!!! I had the cheese plate with a lovely blue cheese and a goat cheese with small toast and fig jam. It was mouth watering. I also had the house burger which was good, although the... More

We ate here twice in July. We used to eat here when restaurant was a wonderful Irish pub. The front entry has been sealed and only the side entrance is being used. Most parking is out front with only several diagonal spaces along the side entrance. All seating is high stools so be prepared to climb aboard! As typically noted,... More
