Have talked about visiting Ole Tapas several times over the past few years but just never made it. Finally bought a Groupon which gave us a little incentive to make the trip (a little out of our way). It was well worth it! We sat at the bar which was a good decision. Scott, the bartender, was... read more

This place has it all. Not a bad plate in the house. The only authentic tapas in the Newark/Wilmington area. Great happy hour specials at the bar with the best bartender (Scott) in the tri state area. Flamenco guitar player once a month adds to the complete experience. The whole roasted pig is out of this world. You will not... More

I have tried the tapas, the paella, AND for a special occasion, the whole roasted pig! I think it's safe to say that I've tried all varieties, and about 40% of the things on the menu. The tapas are good for a casual meal, where you get to taste lots of different plates. They had the ceviche festival recently and... More

First time at Ole Tapas. Waiter was great, offered some suggestions, which we took and everything was delicious. We ordered a spicy margarita and sangria. The margarita was like nothing I have ever tasted..and I have tasted plenty!! We order four tapas and were comfortably full. So much flavor and diversity. On Saturday nights they have live entertainment-Flamenco dancing or... More

Different style of food is the best way I can put it. You get small plates with different foods. Basically tapas but americanized. Squid, calamari, venison, duck. I definitely suggest trying out this restaurant! Rather expensive, but the food is very good

Flavors and presentation are awesome, in my opinion prices goes according to the ambient. Menu variety is very good. They have a native dance show on weekends. Liked it a lot, definitively recommended.

Found this restaurant through Groupon, had never seen it even though we frequent Delaware regularly because it's a bit off the beaten path and located in an unassuming strip mall. Don't let the location (not a bad area, just easy to miss) or the average-looking exterior fool you. You know as soon as you walk in that it's more than... More

Food is very good, that is true however we found it very expensive. When dining with kids you usually get a drink included with the meal but we had to pay $3.50 for a pineapple juice over and above. Didn't feel we got value for money as we left having paid twice the price of other local restaurants but were... More

My wife and I spent an enjoyable evening sampling the delicious delicacies at Ole Tapas. We started with the Tabla Del Chef, assortment of Spanish cheeses and cured meats, the chef made some tasty choices to offer us. Then onto the Shrimp Ceviche, very fresh shrimp with the right amount of citrus. The Queso Frito & Queso Jerezano, both fried... More

We had lunch there and very nice and quite restaurant. Food was good! The price is not cheap but not too high. We were pretty full and felt good about this restaurant. I think it will be lots of guests for dinner.
