First time visiting here. It was familiar, in an oddly familiar way. Like walking into a restaurant back in the early 80's. Food was good, but appetizer was served mere moments before entree. Love the salad bar-there are item choices I haven't seen on a salad bar in decades. The fresh rolls are awesome, but the best part, the coconut... More

Our group of five stopped in for dinner before a local meeting. We were seated immediately, and the restaurant was not very busy. Our orders were taken promptly, and our food was delivered fairly quickly. The food was quite good, and nobody had any complaints about their order. The waitress was young, but seemed to know what she was doing.... More

We stopped in for a quiet business meal today after work. Our young server did not have a clue as to the types of wines offered. She had to go back and forth to the bar area to check before we could enter our drink order. She may have been new, but she was not well trained. To her credit,... More

I live right up the street from Arner's and my 4 year old can't get enough of their pancakes and bacon platter for breakfast. I love most of the breakfast dishes. Their scrapple is perfect as well as all other breakfast meats. The chipped beef is one of my favorites. Mmm! Arner's is a low-cost, family-friendly, anytime of day kind... More

This is the epitome of a Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware diner. The menu is loaded with favorites -- chicken, meat loaf, steak, pork chops and pasta. Add the sandwiches, soup and the salad bar and you are covered for almost everything you crave. Breakfast is special with pancakes, eggs and coffee at the center of everything (biscuits and gravy plus grits add... More

There are so many fast food places that it is becoming difficult to find restaurants with healthy menus. Arner's offers variety in a generous portion, and a salad bar with many choices to accompany many of the dinner items on the menu. Be sure to check out the pastry counter as you walk in. Eight inch tall lemon meringue caught... More

My wife and I have been having breakfast at Arner's for over twenty years. We recently went there for breakfast and were totally surprised. There seems to be a lot of new staff there and we found that the service was less than what we were used to. We were seated as soon as we arrived and waited for our... More

My wife and I tried Arner's for the first time after buying a reduced price gift certificate thinking it might be a place trying to establish themselves. We were mistaken and breakfast could not have been better. We arrived around 11a and found no wait, and that breakfast is available all-day with many good choices. Our meals were hot, fresh... More

Food is quite good; lots of choices on the menu; service with a smile; good prices. Homemade pies. Great place to stop for lunch while travelling. I do not recognize the photo that is shown here though.
