Good food, crappy staff

The food was great and consistent with every other Bob Evans I have eaten at, however the staff is probably one of the worst i have encountered across the country at a Bob Evans, just seemed like it was a bother that we were there.

My wife and I planned to stop here before shopping the outlets on our way from Wilmington to Ocean City. We love Sausage Gravy and Biscuits and ordered that, coffee, and hot chocolate. The sausage gravy was great as usual (but not healthy I'm sure), the coffee was good and hot, and the hot chocolate was "the best" my wife... More

We went to Bob Evans for breakfast after a 10 a.m. check-out time at our beach rental. It was nearby - but that's about the best thing about it. There are just two juice options, orange or apple. The multi-grain pancakes would have been fine as far as flavor goes, but they were somewhat underdone, oddly moist in the middle.... More

This was just "one of those places." You know the kind: A franchise/chain that goes to elaborate extremes to create their particular brand and atmosphere, but does so at the expense of the customer by over-charging for their very, very bland, middle of the road food. I ordered a steak dinner of one kind or another, and the meat was... More

We're from Pennsylvania and we were visiting my mother-in-law in Lewes, Delaware. We ordered the Turkey Family diner with rolls plus other items. The girl faked trying to enter a $3.00 off coupon, okay I can deal with that. Half way back to my mother-in laws I checked out my order. First I noticed the rolls were missing, then I... More

Sorry, but just not very exciting. Noisy and not an inexpensive place to eat. Food was ok, but just wanted more of that home cooking type of taste. The wait staff was terrible, like we were bothering them by being there. Won't be back.

Today, I may have has the worst experience eating out with my family! I have ever had. First, we had almost every persons meal come to the table wrong. My son missing hash browns, my wife was the entire wrong meal and my toast missing. My wife ordered the lite French toast from the lite menu, what they brought was... More
