Given that we were visiting at the end of the season, our options were limited but the Rusty Rudder was next to our hotel. The buffet choices sounded appetizing however the actual selections were limited and food overcooked. At a cost of $36 per person, it was a very disappointing dining experience. Our server was attentive and I suppose given... More

Spent a fun and pleasant Sunday evening at the Rusty Rudder! Listened to awesome live music while dancing on their deck! Had a great time!

Skip the buffet. Expensive and really not all that fabulous. Wish I got the individual meal- peel and eat shrimp was the best thing at the buffet- my kids liked the crab legs though so I your into them maybe it's worth the price

The buffet was not worth $36.99, the food looked as if it was a typical all you could eat buffet. Nothing really stood out that it would be worth the money. Not going back for the food.

Typical all you can eat buffet, heavy on the carbs. The pasta bar was a pleasant surprise and my wife liked the crab legs. Price is a bit steep for what you get.

We ate here for dinner. We ordered edamame for a starter, I had the turkey club with avocado, my husband had the crab cake sandwich, my two daughters ordered off the kid's menu. We all enjoyed our dinner, except my husband wasn't a fan of his crab cake sandwich. The edamame was a huge portion. We ate on the deck... More

We only shared an appetizer as it was later in the afternoon and we didn't want to ruin our dinner appetites. Our server was very friendly and we had a nice chat. The beach music was fun and made you feel like you were at the beach. Sunsets from the area were beautiful, once it stopped raining!

We ate here many years ago and enjoyed. Never again. Took party of 10 and ordered from menu. Took forever to get food. It was delivered 2 plates at a time over a 20 minute span. Fish was bad and shrimp smelled lithe bleach. Ahi tuna had freezer burn. The waitress even told us if we were unhappy to go... More

We stopped in for a late lunch and ordered 2 appetizers. The edamame is served cold (it says so on the menu). Why bother when they are much tastier when hot. Worst were the loaded potato skins - large pieces of potato (not skins) smothered in barely cooked bacon and flopped with melted cheese. Portions are large, and the beer... More

Absolutely dreadful. Buffet food quality is sub par, at best. Clams are the size of a nickel, shrimp is over-cooked, Mahi is tough. Prices are ridiculous - $6.50 for a 12 oz Corona? Really??? Staff is oblivious and act as though it's a chore to wait on you. Will never be back. There are plenty of other restaurants in the... More
