Stayed in dewey beach for 5 day. 3 out of the 5 days we chose to get lunch from nicks. The cheese steaks are the best. The chef salad was also delicious. My husband loved the sub sandwich.

Staff was friendly. The cheese steak was bland. No flavor on the steak. Bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper to be found. Service was fast. Overall an average experience. Just as others have said the best deal is the jumbo shared.

Got carry out from Nicks for our last night at the beach this year to take down to have a picnic on the beach. Great cheese steak and gyros, the fries didn't fare as well, soggy and cold, but then fries are never great when carried out. We will be back next year!

We went to Nick's after reading the positive reviews on Tripadvisor. The reviews are right, really good cheesesteak at a fair price. As others mentioned get the jumbo and split it for a real deal. The friendly staff had no qualms about making my half of the jumbo the way I wanted and my wife's with different condiments.

I've have cheesesteaks from Geno's & Pat's in Philly and I have to say the cheesesteaks at Nicks blow them away. The bread is really good and they are not too greasy. I always look forward to a Nick's cheesesteak every time I am in Dewey.

We stayed at the hotel across the street and wanted something quick, yummy and economical. Boy did we get that and then some! We got a 2 ft long cheesesteak for 11 bucks. Now we have lunch tomorrow and then next day!

If Nick's had not been recommended to me, I never would have walked in. It is a nondescript little place in a small strip mall in screaming Dewey Beach. But the cheesesteak we had was less greasy than most and quite tasty. This place definitely gets added to our short-order list of places to eat in Dewey Beach.

Dewey Beach is a great beach town but you ususally have to compromise on one thing or another. The Beach is great. and also so are the cheesesteaks at Nicks. If you want to break you healthful diet, this is the place to do it. Excellent.
