It is a small restaurant in a strip mall but don't let that stop you. The food is first class! The server was helpful and knowledgable about the menu and drinks. The sauce and salsa on the fried oysters made it unique. The paella was flavorful. The bread pudding is the best I have ever had!

The food is excellent. Recommend the crab dip flatbread appetizer and the scallop entree. Yummy! Great beer list. Come early because the dining room is small and fills up fast. The service was prompt and they moved us through quickly. Not a place to come and linger over dinner!

We've been to Bethany Beach many times and this experience was the best so far. It's a hidden treasure and definitely a wonderful experience. The drinks were a Grayson Cabernet and a Dog Fish Head beer. The entrees were a Crab Bisque, Quinoa Stirfry, and the Crab Cake dish. Fresh, hot and a beautiful presentation. Our server Dennis was attentive... More

A liitle deceiving to walk in. Voted number 1 in Bethany Beach in Trip Advisor we thought we should give it a try. Were glad we did. A nice beer and wine selection, delicious meal items from shrimp and grits, swordfish, halibut, to crabcakes, chicken or steak. All prepared and served with the proper sides without asking. But save room... More

The service was first class, and the meal was delicious. I had the beet salad and the toasted tuna. We had key lime pie for dessert. I thought pricing was reasonable for the level of service and meal. Kudos to our waitress Valon. Very charming and made our dining experience special.

There is nothing better than watching a well oiled machine run and that is what it is like when you go to Off the Hook. All of the employees work together so that the guests are always attended to quickly and they are happy to help one another to keep the machine running well. As far as the food, I... More

Went there for dinner with a family of four . Nothing exciting about the location (not close to the beach) but the food is good and "looks" good, nice service and reasonnable price, I recommend it and would go back!

We stayed in Bethany Beach for the first time, and choose Off the Hook for dinner. What a treat! The special of the night included margaritas, fish tacos, and hamburgers. Everything was delicious, and the price was amazing. The hostess was charming, and the wait staff impressive. This is a small dining room, and it was full, yet service was... More

After a long, wet day of viewing properties with our realtor we followed her recommendation and found our way to this small, but well appointed oasis. We dried out over Grey Goose and Catoctin Rye. The wait staff was friendly, competent and flexible. They had no problem with my wife's order of a wedge salad with a side of Brussels... More
