The grounds and gardens are gorgeous. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and exactly as represented online. The amenities are Crabtree & Evelyn. The beds are comfortable and the Inn is ecofriendly. There is a lovely breakfast buffet included with the room. You won't find a better bargain. Every time we have spent a night or... More

The dining room was lovely. Service was very good. Food was good to average - not bad, but certainly not terrific. The special tomato bisque soup was excellent - nothing else was noteworthy.

It was a nice menu, good wine list. I had local fish wrapped in bacon - the only fish entree - and the bacon of course ruled out any taste of the fish. Starter salad was tiny. Rolls were superb and very hot with soft butter. My husband had pasta with shrimp and scallops which he enjoyed very much. Don't... More

We love the Stew and Story nights for a lovely dinner and story reading entertainment. Dinners at the Inn are delicious. Very allergy friendly! Friendly and accommodating wait staff. Attended some functions at the Inn and always left with a smile on my face! Just a wonderful place!

Uneven service but food is sometimes 5-star. Overpriced for the style of presentation but the atmosphere is quite pleasant.

We stayed at the inn and supper came with our room. We were handed an iPad as a menu (what a great idea, saves paper as the menu can be changed without the cost of reprinting menus or as items sell out!) Our meal came with a complimentary bottle of wine. I ordered the lobster bisque, which was excellent and... More

We have often chosen the Inn's brunch for Demers family gatherings. It has special meaning for us because it overlooks the Demers house on the other side of the street. The menu, service and ambience are wonderful for accommodating children and senior members of our family. Patrice Demers Kaneda author of A Tale of Two Migrations-A French Canadian Odyssey

Everyone here was very pleasant. I love the setting of the inn. The food was good however I didn't think it was over the top delicious. Presentation needs trendy updating. Felt a bit dated however was pretty with flower and wrapped lemons. Looking back on reviews I wish I tried the duck.
