It was like my requests were not heard. Not even a cup of water. Do not visit this establishment. I ordered the chicken Tikal masala.

This restaurant just keeps on improving in many dimensions - food quality, service quality, and menu selection. The food is high quality and the pricing is fair and reasonable for Westport, they have a large selection of dishes and have some strong regional influences as well and will alter the fire (spice) of the food on request and after fair... This was our first visit to Bombay and it was well worth the drive. We cannot fault the food, the service or indeed the ambience. The location in a strip mall for a tad off putting, but once we walked through the doors we could have been located anywhere! The front host was delightful and he was very helpful. We... More

I love Indian food, and have visited Bombay many times over the past few years. It is a lovely restaurant, tucked away in a strip mall, with quiet, elegant decor. The food is always delicious, with generous portions. In fact, four of us shared three main dishes. My favorite is the Chicken Tikka Masala. I have tried this dish in... More

My wife and I live in Southport, and this restaurant used to be our local Indian restaurant. We always enjoyed eating here, even during the period when it gave itself airs, invoked Martha Stewart and increased its prices. (Fortunately It sobered-up a few years later.) Over the last few years, though, the restaurant scene in Fairfield has improved, and we've... More

This was a less than perfect dining experience. Did not like strip mall location, 60's decor, waiters without smiles, food was so-so, and was charged for a returned meal. Maybe things have changed, but I will not be back.

I was staying in Westport on business and got a takeout order from Bombay C.L.U.B. Everything I had was delicious: the baigan bhartha (roasted eggplant puree), keema (lamb) samosas, and a chicken-and-chiles small plate. The portions were large and reasonably priced. Since I didn't eat in at the restaurant, I can't comment on service or atmosphere, except to say that... More

Bombay has been around for a long time, and in that time many new Indian establishments have opened...they all look very glitzy, they all have similar type menus.the BIG difference is that Bombay has stood the test of time. The food is truly amazing, the flavors are spot on, the presentation always evolves with current trends, and the service is... More
