We've been going to Westbrook Lobster for years, usually on weekends. I always get the Boiled Lobster Clambake with steamers, Rhode Island clam chowder, red or mashed potatoes and vegetable of the day or cole slaw. My husband either gets the fried shrimp or fried fish and chips. Always good. The waitresses are very experienced and friendly. We keep meaning... More

Service was good, beers excellent, oysters fantastic, however the fried seafood platter was way over cooked. The whole bellies were dried out and the French fries were hard. Definitely not going to order fried food there again. For a first time experience not very impressive at all.

They have a wide variety of dishes and a full bar. My apple martini was very good, but the foods/appetizers we ordered were either too greasy or tastelessly made and covered with sauces/salsas. The lady who attended to our table was very friendly and nice, but se had too many competing priorities, which made her a little inattentive. This place... More

The seafood is always good. The best baked stuffed shrimp on the shore. The bar and happy hour have a lot of great deals. The bar is constantly trying out new craft beers and you can count on several selections from CT breweries. it's nice to see an owner support local/state business. Always consistent service from the staff and bartenders.... More

We were a party of six and everyone enjoyed their meal. The fried platters were very good. Service was excellent. The only thing I did not love was the coleslaw. It was fresh but a little bland. The prices were reasonable.

I have had several meals here and also in the bar section. I have never had anything but great food and good service, The prices are fair and the specials are really outstanding,

We always go here when in town. It's average at best. I think I'll try another place next time. Chowder and fritters were the best of what we ordered.

After not stopping at this "usual" go to on our way North we decided to give it another try...past couple of times it just wasn't as good as it used to be. Well, we were pleasantly surpirised to see they were back on track. a celebratory anniversary pre-fixe special inclusive of either the pumpkin bisque or cranberry walnut salad, Salmon... More
