My wife and I were seated right away so far so good it was 7:00 on a Friday night. Soon after our waitress comes over to our table asking if we wanted drinks and an appetizer while she had a mouth full of food chewing. Waitress comes back to the table a second time minutes later with our water and... More

I visited this restaurant during a recent visit to CT and was not disappointed. Great seafood of all kinds and I chose a combo platter that featured a crab cake, fried scallops, fried clams strips and some fresh cod, along with onion rings and cole slaw. Also enjoyed a delicious mug of lobster bisque that had a nice vermouth kick... More

We have visited this restaurants in the past. It is a very popular restaurant. We decided to visit again after maybe a couple of years and came away with a "it is not that great " of a feeling. Lots of fried offerings, although I stayed away from those. My lobster casserole was good but very pricey. My wife ordered... More

The crowd cannot be wrong. This place is swamped every night by people on the CN shore for the summer, including us. We go about once per week. Very good fresh fish with tasty sides. Excellent onion rings fair prices. Go early to minimize the wait

They should call it "clam soup" not chowder. It was thin and watery with tiny chunks I could easily identify. It had no flavor except a fishy aftertaste. I was supremely disappointed as I was expecting a thick flavorful chowder. I had two bites and could not bring myself to eat another. The fish sandwich was okay as long as... More

Service is friendly, helpful and efficient. Food is consistently good, never disapointed year after year. Fried clams and lobster roll are my favorites. A must go place for great seafood on the connecticut shoreline. Oysters, steamers and chowder also very good. We return several times each summer.

If you like seafood, there are plenty of options of food and ways to have it cooked. It is a bit commercial, but a lot of fun for sure. It is always packed so get there early!

Went to Lenny and Joes Fish Tale for the first time Friday night. Didn't even have to wait for a table on this Friday night. Awesome during this time of year and the parking lot was packed. Waitress was speedy with drink orders. I had a very tasty margarita on the rock no salt. I ordered the fish, scrod, and... More
