In my opinion this place is better than most 'shacks' around but it's almost always busy. Go when the clouds are out. Always difficult parking here, but do risk it because it's better than the Fish Tale more

My family and I grew up in Westbrook...Bill's is known for their fair tasting food...but EXCELLENT for their nightlife, live bands, large outside bar, etc. Lots of outside picnic tables...however, the tourists constantly feed the seagulls and pigeons so don't be surprised if you are harassed by these birds...tie your shoe and your meal is gone! Good for exactly what it is- quick place for broiled, fried or raw seafood and a few cocktails after a day on the water. Picnic tables make eating with the kids easier. Expect little and you'll get a lot. more
