See comments for Jerry's San's. Same exact place - not sure why this place has 2 separate entries. Rich to sushi ratio is off, anything besides salmon & tuna is not fresh or quality. Had seafood stir fry noodles and wow that was disappointing. I make better stir fry noodles at home. They basically dump soy sauce on blanced noodles... More

We did takeout (family's regular) the night after Thanksgiving. The sushi dishes were wonderful; the ginger-fried chicken had no detectable ginger and was just a tad overlooked. Overall, this is a great and reliable place for Japanese takeout.

Best sushi in the New Haven area. Been coming for years and sushi is fresh, atmosphere inviting and pleasant and other food on the menu is equally good.

We have been going to Jerry Sans (Daiko) since they opened. Their food, especially the sushi, is always of the finest quality and is always fresh. They have unusual sushi specials every day. They have an extensive menu - I especially love the Sukiyaki and the Tempura. They greet you with a warm towell to soothe and clean your hands... More
