A bit chaotic lunch, noisy but overall we had fun. Decent lunch food. No real wait. Pretty much what you might expect.

The food at the cheesecake factory is delicious with huge portions (almost a bit too big) however the service is very slow. We were given a buzzer and told the wait would be about 10 minutes. After 15 minutes went by our buzzer went off and we had to wait almost another 10 minutes to actually be seated. Once seated,... More

The decor is fun to look at for 10 mins. there. I don't understand why people keep coming back to eat such a horrible food with high price. Food is like typical franchaise resturant.(chilis, olive garden type) The service is very slow....

If you care about quality over quantity.. this is maybe not the place for you. I was forced to go here with a giggling gaggle of friends of friends and I stand by decision to not be coo-coo for cheesecake. The cheese actually is ok. But the menu is completely overwhelming. There are alot of food choices, large portions, but... More

This restaurant is a chain, and as such, everyone knows what to expect and has their favorites. It is always crowded! The best time to go is to make a reservation for Sunday brunch before 11 a.m. The menu is extensive, but the food is just so-so. However, they give you so much, you can take the leftovers home for... Have been here a number of times now, and we each have our go-to choices on the menu - everything from really healthy options to mac-and-cheese balls to decadent desserts. Midweek lunches and off hours have been our easiest seatings, but we actually got a table in only 10 minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon. It's a chain but a... More

The place is always packed. Get there at 6 pm on a Saturday, as we did this weekend, and they'll tell you it'll be 45 minutes. (A month earlier, the first time we tried to use a gift card, we got there at 7 pm and was told it would be 90 minutes.) So it's hugely succesful, and here's why:... More

I never mind waiting for a good meal and good service, however this was not the case. We were told we had a 30 minute wait, which turned into an hour. We had the slowest server and actually ww were told during the meal he was going on a break and we were going to have a new server take... More

It was my birthday this week so I planned to find a resterant in west hartford to celebrate. We had a gift certificate so I decided to try Cheesecake Factory in the very nice blue back square shopping area. The resterant is very nice and clean and almost complety filled for a midweek meal. The service was good but for... More

Whether you order a dish in Connecticut or California, it will taste the same. I loved the fried calamari across the US and was so surprised that it tasted just as good here in Ct. The fried macaroni and cheese balls are awesome as well. The menu is at least 28 pages long, so there's something for everyone, no matter what... More
