Great llama no drama.

Had to find a spot for lunch and this place sounded exotic and for the most part it was. Quinoa dish was terrific, appetizers of mango ceviche were wonderfully spicy and despite the fact that the space appears to be in a converted Wendy's we all had a grand time. Portions were huge and could have... read more

We read the various accolades for this restaurant and decided to try it for a birthday dinner. We began with Pisco Sours, which were very good ($9.00 each) and we given Peruvian dried corn with a dip. The dip was OK, fairly non-descript. We ordered a salad with quinoa. Unfortunately, it never arrived. My husband order trout with one of... More

Dinner with friends on a weeknight. Service and food was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes and all were delicious and fresh. Big, tender shrimp, scrumptious cerveche, and delicious beef. Very reasonable priced. Take a picture with the life sized llama, or was it an alpaca?

Being Peruvian has always been an advantage when it comes to enjoying Peruvian Restaurant food because I know exactly what to order although it can sometimes become a boring experience. From the first time I had a meal at Cora Cora until now every experience is just like the first time, they have the most extensive menu catering to all... More

This place is authentic as you can be for a Peruvian restaurant in CT. They have a large menu, so there is something for just about everybody. They make many different Peruvian dishes. We had the ceviche, which was excellent. The other dishes are all good. I'd go back, its very clean too. Oh and they have a nice selection... More

We have been to this restaurant on numerous occasions and with only one very minor exception, the experience has always been wonderful. The food is excellent and the service is decent and nicely timed for a slow but steady meal. The menu is extensive and all of the dishes we have had, have been nothing short of very good or... More

I don't know what is authentic Peruvian food is but the food was amazing. Even my 5 year old was thrilled with his shrimp dish. I didn't know so many dishes existed on a menu with quinoa as main grain, perfect for a vegetarian like me. Typically I don't like having ice creams but we had cannoli filled ice cream... More
