Last week my wife and I were trying to find a new restaurant that would offer something new. A friend of ours recommended the Peruvian restaurant , CORA CORA. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service and delicious cuisine. Our favorites were the ceviche and lomo saltado. For dessert ,we enjoyed Lucuma ice cream which you can't find... I have been a regular customer at Cora Cora since it opened. Their food is delicious and truly authentic. The ceviche and arroz chaufa are delicious and you must try one of their pisco sour drinks to top it off! Friendly service and authentic food..I advise everyone to check this place out! I know I will always be a loyal... More

Peruvian food at it's best. My wife and I ate there this week. We were promptly seated by a very friendly and attentive staff. A large bottle of cold water and a bowl of corn nuts (I've known them as Quiko's) were brought over. They are addictive. We then split an appetizer called Cora Yuca Rellena which is yucca stuffed... We have enjoyed the entire dining experience at Cora Cora. They feature a diverse and comprehensive menu of authentic Peruvian dishes, that provides something for everyone. The staff is most attentive and courteous without being overbearing. They are very helpful in answering any questions. The food is delicious and has eye appeal as well.

Start to finish, this was a great meal for both of us. Ceviche was fresh tangy...yum. My steak was perfect and my wife's combo of beef and scallops was nearly as good. Servers were attentive and prompt. Lucuma helado was evocative of maple walnut ice cream but still good. We'll return in the future.

While my friends were exploring the ruins of Machu Picchu, we were relegated to Peruvian Cuisine in CT. Not to worry though with the music and the folk dancing on the tv along with the seemingly authentic chatckas adorning the walls from Peru, we were magicly in Peru. The food- Just absolutely fantastic!Especially the Bistec Tocu Tocu. Kinda of weird... More

I had a late lunch at Cora Cora on the day following Thanksgiving. I was delighted to see many other diners. The decor is charming, filled with collectibles and tchotchke from Peru. The space is surprisingly large and divided into two good-sized sections. Everything was visually appealing and quite pleasant. Once seated, we were given a nicely done, very heavy,... More
