We had a great meal...one of the best...here recently. The prices aren't cheap...but then again, who wants cheap tasting food and poor service? They do have a good appetizer policy where they allow you to get certain appetizers with an entree for a modest "upgrade fee". The food was delicious, large portions and nice n' hot when served. Our server,... More

This restaurant has so much more potential. Service lacked the smile- sums it up. Being in the service industry myself, Brass City Bistro has a convenient location off the highway, great cozy decor, and nice portions. But a server can make or break your experience, and that she did. From the onset our server seemed bothered by our first time... More

Met with a friend for drinks and a lite dinner. We ended up sitting at the bar ( by choice) which was very pleasant. We both ended up ordering the onion soup, which was very good and filling. It had a very tasty broth with a good amount of onions, generous melted cheese and a bonus of frizzle opinions on... More

My sweetheart and I had a coupon from restaurant.com which I purchased in November. I had seen that they offer a fixed price dinner for two, which included a bottle of wine, for $50. It is every Monday and Tuesday night. We started with a bottle of Pinot Grigio wine, and our shared appetizer was broccoli rabe with sausage. The... More

Step inside (or sit out on the new patio weather permitting) and let TJ and his staff treat you like you should be. From the service and staff, to the atmosphere and the food - excellent doesn't say enough. Whether seated in the bar area or dining room you're treated and served well. Well kept, well managed and well worth... More

I have had fantastic food and food that was so so. Onion soup is amazing and so is the filet. I also really enjoy the mozzarella en caroza. I also have to say i have never had a bad martini there or a sub par glass of wine. Unfortunately i have also had food that i found to be really... More

I have been going here with coworkers for a couple years. I always get the same thing when I go because it is awesome. Grilled Chicken Caesar salad. Waitstaff (Lisa) is great! My coworkers always rave about the food also. Great place to bring a client also. Clean, good portions, nice atmosphere.

My wife and I are just back from dining at BCB, and it was a huge disappointment. We drove by this place the other day and thought it looked nice, an when we were in Naugatuck today we thought it would be a good choice for dinner to drive the 5 minutes to get there. The entire experience was horrible.... More

Recommend making reservations if there is a show at the Palace. It is a 5 minute drive to the Palace Theater parking garage. This restaurant is upper scale. The food was wonderful as was the staff. Worth a visit.

Saturday night out at the Brass City Bistro. We sat at bar and were offered their full menu. Calamari appetizer was crispy and delicious. Our bartender/server made amazing cocktails. After enjoying their creamy lobster bisque loaded with chunks of lobster meat, my husband had the BBQ ribs (a full rack!) and I enjoyed their tuna and scallop wasabi over seaweed!... More
