Ok, I'll briefly give a rundown of the bad experience we had at Hana. At first glance the place looks kind of nice. The modern decor with a bit of traditional Japanese decor gives it a hip feel. But if you a little closer, you can actually see the lack of care and neglect. We were sat at a hibachi... More

We have only tried Hana once or twice. Food, preparation and service were vey good. Can be a bit pricey without discount coupons.

was a bit disappointing...been wanting to go here for a while. It used to be a bar/restaurant that had live bands and before that I think it was a Ground Round! (remember those?...lol) Anyway the vibe was a bit stale/average. Not much in the way of decor. Our server was the highlight of the evening; accommodating and pleasant. However the... More

The food and the service is always good. Vegetarian friendly. Nice atmosphere. You can adjust dishes to your needs. I will continue to patron this establishment.

Not enough food considering the price I paid. I pay the same at other hibachi restaurants and usually leave way more full. This place left me still feeling hungry. They only give you a choice of soup or salad, not both. We won't be going back.

This has become our Saturday night place to go, we all sit around the grill, talk, drink and watch our meal being prepared with great theatrical flare; the kids love to go to watch the shooting flames from the grill when a stack of onions is lit up and flares like a volcano; I have not tried other things on... As it was expected there were not many restaurant choices on Christmas night. So I went on the web and look at a couple of choices. My first selection was a restaurant in downtown Waterbury. When I called at around six in the evening, the voice on the other side of the line indicated that they were about to close.... More

My boyfriend and I have been coming here since they opened. We have never been disappointed with the food and they are always conscious of his seafood allergy. My only recent issue was one of the waiters that recently started working here. And we somehow get him everytime! He makes us super uncomfortable and lingers right next to the table... More

My best advice is to eat elsewhere. The service was mediocre to non existant the food was ok but very small portions. The salmon steak( not even a fillet) was about 3/8" thick the steak maybe 1/2" thick was poorly prepared by the inexperienced "chef". He would regularly touch the raw chicken then touch the vegetables,a big no no. The... More
