The Nutmeg Grill of Ray and Jenny closed in the Fall of 2014. In December, Rick's Nutmeg Grill opened in the same space, same tables and chairs but totally different menu. This Grill is, well, a diner. Large menu, Sysco (or other service) food service fries and onion rings and rolls. Gone are the homemade bread and soups (though they... More

Well where do you start as the Old Nutmeg Grille is now under new management and is now Rick's Nutmeg Grille. The staff was not aware of the tables or customers, nor the needs of refilling coffee and checking the tables. We waited over 45 minutes to get food, which was nothing special at all, potatoes not cooked. Eggs weren't... More

Wife and I stopped for lunch while traveling to Lenox. Great homemade soup. Sandwiches were very flavorful. Good portions, fair prices. Would recommend.

Restaurant is a little small but worth the wait, food is worth waiting for. Staff members are pleasant and make the food/breakfast fun and enjoyable. They always have a list of specials for the day which complements the main menu. Good experience.

We have not been to Nutmeg Grill for several years. It used to be packed on weekend mornings. Well, we visited on a recent Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. and there were only a couple of tables filled. Our first cups of coffee served were lukewarm but the server quickly replaced them. We remember their delicious multigrain toast from years... More

Nutmeg Grille has a variety of interesting breakfast choices. My favorite is the French Toast. The staff is friendly and the service is good. I'm not crazy about the bench seats, but other than that it's a nice place for breakfast.

The Nutmeg Grille is a very inviting counter and booth restaurant. The service is first class and the food excellent. The menu is packed with interesting items that are well prepared. The breakfast pancakes are superior and the luncheon soups terrific. The prices are higher than the local competition but are worth it. At certain times there are long lines... More

I have been coming here for years only for breakfast when visiting family. I have never eaten a lunch here so I cannot speak on that aspect of this restaurant. I have actually never heard anyone speak of their lunches so I don't know how good they are. Breakfast seems to be the busiest time for this place. It is... More
