Great burger

We were looking for a good burger after hiking on the appalachian trail. It was 9pm on a Thursday, and we got a great burger and fun atmosphere as well. Too bad it wasn't closer to western Massachusetts or I'd go there more often!

This restaurant used to be excellant. The location is perfect when you have tickets to a show at the Warner and we have eaten there many times but won't return as it is just getting progressively worse. We ordered the Ahi Tuna Tacos...terrible they tasted like coleslaw with Wasabi. The burgers were ordered medium rare..when they arrived they were black,... More

The food and drinks here were very good. I had a burger stuffed with Mac and cheese. Yummy! The Pop rock martini was fun and delicious as well! The only thing I didn't enjoy was the seating arrangement it's loud and very close together.

I was visiting for my daughters dance competition and this reasturant kicked us out of their reasturant due to no tables. There was no offer to try to accomdate our group. We were not asked nicely to wait in lobby. We were asked to leave the reasturant. The hostess was beyond rude. I was embarrassed and appalled at their customer... More

I enjoy the food and the fact that they use local sources for smoked meats, cheese and lots of other foods. In the summer, the tables outside are dog friendly, and it is nice sitting out during the Thursday street fair if you like people watching. The service varies with the server and is not always great.

Great Atmosphere-great food! They make the best lobster pot pie in the world!! If you are having dinner before a show at the Warner, go early as this place is packed on those nights.

Backstage is located next to the Warner Theatre in Torrington, CT. It is very convenient to go there if you are going to the theatre that night. We were. The food is always good and the service is also good. We were a bit late so could not have a relaxing meal. Not Backstage's fault. Our salmon was done well.... More

Recently ate at this restaurant. We sat at the bar, which is where my husband likes to sit. I had a grilled cheese sandwich with sliced apples and carmelized onions. It was delicious. Sandwiches come with fries, and you can elect to get sweet potato fries, onion straws or salad for an additional charge. My husband had the buffalo chicken... More

I have been to Backstage a few times and recently realized this is a great place. The steak I had was cooked perfectly and tasted better than a steak found in most steak houses. The waitress was friendly and the service was good. They have an awesome beer selection of bottles and drafts; I want to say they have easily... More

Busiest place in Torrington by far in my limited visit to the area. Good selection of beer for the adventurous whilst the food isn't bad at all. We didn't order anything huge but pleasantly surprised to see some alternative appetizers to the normal American fayre. My vegetarian friend had never tried Edamane and I insisted she try it and she... More
