On top of the hill, in an unpretentious strip mall, this place delivers unexpected joy every time. Wood fired ovens ever ready for your personal pizza. Go all out with your own- you won't want to share! My summer pleasure has been the arugula pie with roasted peppers. A little crunchy sea salt is on top of this "pizza salad"... More

I was going to the movies with a friend and we chose Marzano's for dinner based on its Trip Advisor reviews. As others have said, the atmosphere is clean and comfortable, with some great vintage Italy photos on the walls. The young wait staff was well-trained and courteous, and the service was quick. My friend got a tomato pizza with... More

This was first time at Pizzeria Marzano. My friend took me here comes here regularly. I enjoyed the ambiance which was clean, modern and more sophisticated than a typical pizza shop. We ordered a Gorgonzola Salad with balsamic vinaigrette and focaccia flatbread (large; $11.95) and a Marzano Pizza (tomatoes, mozzarella, baisl, parmigiano-reggiano, susage and porcini mushrooms;$10.95). It was plenty of... More

I moved to Torrington a couple of years ago. I asked the neighbors where to get a decent pizza and they all recommended ******** Pizza. (The stars because I didn't care for their pizza at all but lots of people do so I don't want to bad mouth them.) So I checked TripAdvisor (which I should have done first) and... More

My wife and I decided on Pizza, beer and salad for Friday evening. So we headed to our favorite Pizzeria Marzano up the road in Torrington. We were well received, sat down and waited for our salad with focaccia bread. It came to us burnt black. I decided to try first only to taste badly burnt bread. We brought it... More

Maybe the best pizza in all of Connecticut as well! Excellent thin crust, Naples style pizza, plus they do 5 cent refills on beer and wine! In a pretty non description location in a strip mall next to Big Lots and a package store, but don't be fooled, this place is great!

I have enjoyed every pizza I have gotten at Marzano's Margarita, the white clam, the mushroom and sausage. One pizza per person is the way to go. You can get wine or beer and get second for 5cents. Salads are great too. I haven't had a bad choice here. It is very different pizza from the type you get in... More

Pizzeria Marzano has great food! They are a little different in that you order and pay for your food at the counter and then they have someone bring it to you, so no real wait staff in the conventional sense. That said, they have a killer white clam pizza with prosciutto and their salads are wonderful.. served with warm flat... More

If you are looking for thick, gooey, cheese dripping pizzas this spot will disappoint you. If you wish to sample pizza as you would in Italy then stop in. Have never found this restaurant empty especially on a Friday night.

The menu options here are very good and the puzza and salad are excellent. The drawback is the location in an unattractive strip mall in the big-box-store section of town. That being said if you are looking for a bite after your shopping trip to Target or Big Lots this could be your spot!
