High quality Italian food

The dishes are unique, and the waiters have good advice on what to order. Prices are a little high, but if you want fresh ingredients, you get what you pay for :) Love the homemade pasta. I always end up ordering it!

We had been hearing about Biagio's for years from our son who lives near this restaurant. We finally had a chance to experience their delicious food last weekend and realized that our son had not exaggerated in his praise for this restaurant. The Brussels tower appetizer was heavenly--an amazing mix of shaved brussel sprouts served over a risotto cake. Our... More

We had my son's First Holy Communion luncheon at Biagio's yesterday, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The food was phenomenal, and their wait staff was wonderful and attentive. The communication I had with the owners (father and son) through e-mails, in person, and by phone, went above and beyond. All of my guests raved about the food during... More

I finally made it here to check it off my list!! It all started on a Friday evening. So I meet my friend at this long anticipated spot. She arrived about 10 minutes before me. She is ushered to a table without a menu, and sits there for the entire 10 minutes without the waiter checking in with her, &... More

Went with friends, last night; April 24th. The place was jumping; it was restaurant week. Ordered the Bronzino, at least, that was what the menu had said. Bronzino, is one of my favorite fish to eat; and I was terribly disappointed when the meal arrived, (it was some other thick flavorless white fish; bronzino, for the record, is flat firm... More

I've been here with my family, searching Trip Adviser for a recommendation in Connecticut - we've been there for few days and having all sort of bad experience with the food that is so so bad in America. We were very pleased by this place! We didn't have a reservation but we were lucky to find a table for 6.... More

I haven't been back for some time. Had a wonderful lunch there. Fresh sweet clams over pasta. Sauce was just perfect. My friend had ravioli stuffed with mushrooms. Delightfully presented and excellent. Drinks were nicely prepared. Price very reasonable. Service great. Lunch was as good as dinner. A bit out of the way but not yo be missed.

We have been impressed with the food here on all of our visits. A good variety of homemade pasta at fairly reasonable prices. The service likewise has been mostly good, excepting one visit where our waiter responded rudely to some of our questions about the menu. Though, since we've only had one bad experience with the service in a number... More

Very good Italian fare at a reasonable price, ambiance to spare, congenial service. More often than not owner will visit with diners to be certain that all is satisfactory.

This was my 3rd meal at this lovely little Italian restaurant in Stratford, CT. I took my husband for an early birthday dinner on 2/13/2015, that being his first time dining there. The wait staff was appropriately friendly and even helpful in helping my husband pair a wine with his meal which was a succulent beef wellington. I had the... More
