We went to meet friends for open mic night. We ordered the Irish nachos the were excellent. The atmosphere was great very upbeat but i'm sure its a great place to stop for a sandwich and soup. We samped a bite of the shepherd pie so good. Drink prices very reasonable

Went for lunch with a friend. Good food - we both had grilled cheese (cheddar), fries and potato soup. Service was a bit slow, and the wait staff is really about bartending, not about table service. Right in Stratford Center, easy parking at lunch time. Kind of tight seating on the window side. Have had dessert there in the past... More

Not too bad, tight, loud and definitely Irish Pub/Sports Bar inspired. Great Corned Beef. It may not be the place for a large group gathering but wonderful for friends to gather for a pint.

Food is average, on occasion the staff is a little rude. This is a good bar to frequent if you enjoy live music as they have bands playing on weekends sometimes.

Met a couple buddies of mine before heading into Bridgeport for a hockey game a couple of Saturday nights ago. Place was nearly empty at 5:30 with the exception of a few bar patrons. Service was fine, prompt, and attentive.....no issues there....Between the three of us, we ordered a burger, a sandwich, and a salad along with a round of... More

My name is James Ryan and I am from the Bronx-1 mile from YANKEE Stadium!!! So my hesitance when walking in to McCoys Irish Pub In Connecticut and asking if they show the Yankee games here. A very, very effervescent man that goes by the name Smitty looked at me, turned and walked away.. I was nervous for 45 seconds.... More

The owner made time to speak to us, and when I expressed my food allergy concern he immediately introduced me to his head chef and we worked together to create a delicious meal. The staff was not hesitant to help or frustrated because of the gluten free request. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing. The family friendly atmosphere encourages the... More

Stratford never had a nightlife...until the new McCoys came to the scene! You can drive by on a weekend and see the bar packed inside and people laughing on the outside. The family-like atmosphere that McCoys offers is unlike anything I have ever experienced. The karaoke nights have become the hotspot for the area and nobody judges. (No matter how... More

Went here on a Tuesday night. Only 10 other patrons in the resturant the waitress could not keep up. We ordered well done chicken wings and they came almost raw. Sent them back and they were better but the cook had changed the sauce on them so we didn't get the hot sauce. Then at the same time our food... More
