Our family really enjoyed our lunch here. It was a fabulous day weather wise, so we decided to eat outside. This was the right decision. We really enjoyed the gorgeous view. The food was very good. It was priced right. We recommend this restaurant if you want a good meal and a fabulous view.

But I loved eating here! The staff was pleasant, the food was fantastic and to top it off I had a beautiful view. I was reading other comments below and the owner is correct about the woman who got "sick" from lobster bisque .. If you get sick from food, it takes a lot of hours to process in your... More

Worst clam chowder ever. Salad was flooded with oil and had a long hair in it. Overpriced food. This was my first and last time at the restaurant. They need to get their act together.

I went to Outriggers with a party of 6. Three of us, (including me), ordered lobster bisque. One of us was smart enough to send it back after the first taste. The other two of us ate about half of it. Within about 40 minutes of leaving the restaurant, my stomach started cramping and I had to use the bathroom... More

Updated interior, appropriately New England nautical. The food was ok, but not terribly interesting. All of the salads in Stratford seem to be the same-- boring. You'll read that again in my reviews of other places. Our wait staff was pleasant, but the one experienced person seemed overworked and another didn't know much. But, overall it was an ok experience,... More

Our party of eight dined here on Saturday night, and it was fantastc, a bit chilly as we sat outside but other than that no complaints! Our server Tom was outstanding, he was attentiive, knowledgeable and entertaining! Our apps were delicious as well as all of our dinners! Four of us had the chilian sea bass, it was delicious! Two... Husband and I were looking for a place to celebrate our anniversay. We came from Southington and it was so worth the 1 hour drive. Appetizer To Dessert and everything was delicious. The view of the sound on deck was breathtaking and the service was personable and attentive. We will definitely go back.

Nice view. That's it. Slow service with no communication or explanation. Asked for food & beverages over and over only to be told after hour they were out of an item. Then forgotten. It was a very nice place at one time, staff may be over there head. Ruined a celebration , no more chances for them.

Have been to Outriggers several times over the last couple of years and while the food is normally very good to excellent, the service is inconsistent at best. The good: They have one of the best dining views on the CT shoreline, overlooking the well kept marina and Housatonic river with a great deck to sit out on in the... More
