This is the second time that I have been to this restaurant. There was an hour and twenty minute wait and they do not take reservations. We had wine outside, large pour, decent price for good wine. I had the fried oysters and we had clams casino appetiser. This is the best seafood that I have ever had period! We... More

We were so excited as we arrived at 6:00p after a rainy day shopping in Providence. The sun had just started to shine and the parking lot was full. We were lucky to get an immediate table for 4 on the outside deck. Salad and chowder were great. Wings were not what we expected....but were probably as described. Swordfish, burger... More

A friend suggested visiting the Dog Watch the other night & I was surprised. In a very good way. Cocktails on the back patio, overlooking the marina. Sure there were plenty of salmon shorts, whale belts and polo shirts, but it's summer in New England. It's like going to Disney and seeing Mickey - they're everywhere. Caution - strong drinks... Made the trip to Dog Watch while vacationing in Watch Hill and are glad we did. Planning to go back. Food was wonderful, staff were friendly, and enjoyed a stroll down Water St. after our meal.

A great little restaurant with terrific atmosphere and great food. This popular little restaurant is so nice to enjoy a nice meal. In the summers you can sit outside around a fire and enjoy the company of friends and socializing.

Loved having drinks outside and loved the outstanding attention from Susan at the bar outside. The restaurant itself is not big nor fancy but certainly very busy and tasty. If I waitress inside had a bit more of a smile, I'd probably have rated even higher.

We arrived at Stonington Harbor by boat and were forced to stay a couple of nights because of bad weather .We ate at Dog Watch Café twice and enjoyed both meals. The service was very good. The four of us all enjoyed our meals

Food was great, had a drink on the pier while we waited to be seated & had ice cream outside for dessert. Great time!

Lobster bisque was delicious. I had the lobster salad roll which was good. I prefer my lobster hot but most places serve it cold in this area. My husband had lobster ravioli which was ok. It was drenched in pesto cream sauce so it was hard to taste the lobster. I liked that it was kid friendly. Service was excellent.... More
