We were given a gift certificate for this great restaurant and what a gift it was! This is our new favorite restaurant. We loved our menu choices, the atmosphere and the view! My husband ordered oysters and I got the lobster ravioli, which was the best I've had. Cannot wait to return to this fantastic spot!

I love the variety of food offered at this place. But, I always get some fish dish because of the wonderful view of the water and the fishing boats, which can be seen from almost every seat in the restaurant. Sometimes the wait time is ghastly in the summer, but with them being open all year round, I like to... More

Great atmosphere, right on the water with lovely views. Friendly and prompt service, good food and moderate prices. Large glass of wine for the price. Would've loved to sit out front in the large chairs surrounding the fire pit, but it was a little too cold that afternoon.

Small restaurant sure packs them in, they take your number and text you when your table is ready so you don't have to just stand around (especially since there is no room to stand around without being in the way. In warm months there is a great long deck with drinks served along the side of the marina boats, nice... More

Brilliant view from the deck, seeing the boats coming and going at the marina. Just had a beer as I thought the menu was over-priced and didn't fancy paying $16 for fish and chips which is what I would have liked the most.

This is nothing to write home about and I'm still baffled by all the rave reviews this place gets. The food is pedestrian. Nothing that'll make you sick but nothing that'll make you sing. It's pricey, there's always a line, parking lot may be full in the summer when all the boat owners are in, but it's a great place... More

friendly service, great view, delicious, fresh seafood and fair prices. what's not to like? A nice walk from the Inn at Stonington and good to walk back to the inn after enjoying a really good lunch. Mostly locals who stop in for lunch, maybe a drink and some conversation. Nice crowd, pretty busy but the food came out pretty quickly... More

I am a regular diner at Dog Watch and love everything about it. Great food, setting, and staff. This week they won the award from the Connecticut Restaurant Association for Best Casual Restaurant in CT, 2014. It is a well deserved honor. If you haven't been there yet, put it on your "must-do" list.

We dined there on vacation with local friends who go there regularly. The Clam Chowder is the BEST! My meal was great too but I rank their Clam Chowder the best in New England. The service was good. We visited in the fall and outside dining was not a choice due to the weather. The seating was a little close... More
