It's like an upscale diner. You have your standard diner selections with a gourmet twist. It's what I would expect of a diner in the west coast (more like a restaurant). Prices are a little higher than a regular diner, but I think it's worth the food quality you receive.

Lunch at the City Limits Diner was a great experience! Upscale diner menu with attractively served fresh, healthy options. So easy to access from I 95, there is no excuse not to stop when traveling that route north or south. There is no need to hit the greasy fast food franchises when this is an option.

Noisy, crowded but a truly diner! The food is great and the atmosphere is just wat you can expect. Great shakes and burgers.

I have been to every greasy spoon with ten miles of home. This has great diner food and is definitely not a greasy spoon. Very clean. Large venue. Easy parking and access off of I-95. Plenty of experienced staff. Many times we have arrived with kids and grandkids for Sunday pancakes, like a party of six or eight. No problem... More

I stopped in for coffee and to check-out the dinner menu. The staff was friendly and food was very good.

Certainly not diners of years ago. City Limits takes diners to a whole new gastronomic level. This goes way beyond burgers and fries but they do have these traditional favorites. Shark is my wife's favorite.

Had brunch there last Sunday and it was over 30 minutes before we got our food. When it arrived , I rec'd my lox platter with cream cheese and onion but they forgot the bagel which took another 5 minutes. Food was decent diner food, pancakes were light and coffee decent. Not a good choice if you're in a rush.

much more than a diner; really a mid-price restaurant with a huge menu. try the bar, even if you're not drinking; a cozy alternative to the larger space.

Huge array of very good, moderately priced alternatives at all hours (I can't recall if it is 24/7, but it's close to that). Much better than typical diner food. Great bakery items as part of its dessert menu. As a footnote, the hotel next door is very moderately priced, clean and friendly (we stayed there during a renovation of our... More

My family used to go here whenever we were in white plains. I like that they have healthier options than typical diners.
