Not your ordinary diner but

The pastries look great, the menu is creative but at times the food is disappointing. The prices are higher than an average diner

Typically love the selection, food choices and services. This is a big restaurant and can handle the crowd. Not sure what happened this time, but the services was off. I ordered a Bacon and Egg on a hard roll. She asked if I wanted it scrambled? I never had that question before and I said no, fried. It came scrambled!... More

If you stay @ La Qunita, they give you a 10% off coupon! we still found it pricey. Waitress was not very friendly @ lunch time. We didn't feel like trying it for dinner after our lunch experience!

So first of all 2 of the 6 of us had food poisoning after eating here but that aside (in case it isn't enough) the service was HORRIBLE and the food was mediocre. They had "New Orleans" chicken fingers for a special- we tried it- the chicken was so over cooked and stringy! My kids wouldn't eat it! It came... More

The food is average, but the prices are way above average. Atmosphere is OK but overall, not something to write home about. Much better prices in Stamford than this.

It calls itself a diner, but City Limits is not a diner in the classic sense. The menu is a mix of diner food and higher end faire, all served in an environment that definitely does not convey that you are in a diner. The prices are moderate to expensive for what you would expect walking in the door, but... More

This retro diner is a joy - for its innovative menu, the quality of the cooking, and the ambience. it's a bit pricier than most diners, but the portions are generous. When it's quiet, the service can be slow, but when it's crowded you'll be waited on right away. Definitely worth a stop - you can get your split pea... More

Everyone's meal sucked in one way or another and averse cost was $16 each! Save your money. They don't have ranch either.
