Great menu

I have eaten here at least 2 dozen times and its always excellent. The service is good and the menu extensive. They often have interesting specials as well. My kids love it and they even have real maple syrup with the french toast. They are not your "normal" diner.

The over medium fried eggs were crusty! the hash brown potatoes were so crusty they crunched in your mouth! The light omelette was taste less. the waiter was non descript and never asked how things were or expressed his gratitude. It is too bad because it is a nice looking diner but it has obviously seen its day and certainly... More

The experience has become old and tired. But if you need a convenient stop off of I95 for a business meeting for breakfast -- it still is worth a stop

It's hard to get a bad meal here. the portions are large and the ingredients are fresh. The vegetable frittata is a great brunchchoice, and the salmon sandwich is fit for a king, made with bread baked there. The staff is friendly - some of the servers are working hard to learn English, and they are very eager to please.... More

Very good breakfast and lunch here, I have never been here for dinner, however there is a large full service bar and lounge so it might be a nice spot.

We have been eating at City Limits since the day it opened over 10 years ago. A wonderful roadside place with food that is not traditional diner. Always a great deal and meal

This is a local mainstay for us. We're empty nesters so we eat out a lot andfor a great meal at a reasonable price, we quickly think of City Limits. The very comprehensive menu and upscale, pseudo-diner decor are the only diner-like things about the place. The menu, while not super-sophisticated, has offerings that range from staples like fried chicken... More

Overpriced diner food that is average at best in an ok atmosphere. Located off 95 so convenient to meet someone traveling but no where near town where there are much better and more convenient places to eat in Stamford. Why go here?

If you like diners you should try City Limits Diner. Good food, nice menu. Large, with lots of seating as well as parking. Right off of I-95 exit 6 for easy on/off access. It also has a full bar if that is important to you. Excellent breakfast menu. Hot spot Sunday mornings.
