Best ever corky speaks the truth

I had the octopus appetizer and then the fish lunch. People this is the very best restaurant I have ever been to in Connecticut. Very good wait staff. It is down right fantastic. Go. Go. Go. It is a bit pricey but the food is so good I didn't mind paying. Again I say. Go. Go. Go.

This place encompasses both the elegance and coziness of a fine dining family Italian restaurant. The food is excellent. The first time we visited over a year ago they had a fried zucchini appetizer that I still think about! The ravioli is fresh and delicious as well. Recommended for a classy date night out!

Can't go wrong with anything on this menu. The offer half plates too which allows you to try more dishes at once.

The food is consistently good. A high quality product for sure. The service is what it should be. The one draw back is that it is so loud you really don't enjoy the experience. Go very early for dinner and get out before it fills up. Dining is an experience of all the senses not just taste. We love the... More

This Italian restaurant will not disappoint you. The food and service is excellent. Try the appetizers of calamari salad, the meatballs in red sauce or the mussles in garlic oil, and the burata cheese. You won't go wrong with any one of them. If you like fish, try the Salmon dish or the Spigola, sea bass. The pasta is delicious... More

Siena Ristorante is one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Stamford. Family owned with a strict attention to detail, the food is always amazing. Portions are just right. The truffled pasta is earthy, and perfect for this time of the year. Also love their octopus.Siena never disappoints and is in a great downtown location.

Second visit here; there will be more. The Burrata cheese appetizer is spectacular. The coniglio (rabbit) was 'fall-of-the-bone' tender. Service is beyond attentive.

I am a Siena aficionado, since - being Italian - I very much enjoy their simply cooked and fresh dishes. Generally, especially for business lunches where visitors come to town to meet me/us, we order a few appetizers to share - grilled octopus, grilled calamari, eggplant parmigiana, fiori di zucca, cold cuts + cheeses, polpettine... all delicious. Pasta's are excellent... More

One of my favorite places to go in Stamford. You are treated as an honored guest here. Service is attentive and consistent, even when the place is crowded. Try the fresh -made Ravioli.
