A Brazilian fusion restaurant that offers outstanding food

Located about a half-mile off Exit 9 on I-95, this small Brazilian fusion restaurant offers truly outstanding food. While it often sounds simple, the combination of flavors is amazing. The only drawback is it's very small and always crowded. Parking too can be a problem. But once you taste the... read more

Don't let the outside look of this place turn you away, it's one of the best latino restaurants in CT. I've been there numerous times, the food is always excellent, and the service and ambiance terrific. I've had business dinners there, as well as lunch/dinner with friends, it's always great. Ceviches are very good, and don't miss the skirt steak.... More

We love this restaurant despite not living in Stamford. The atmosphere is nothing you would ever expect based upon the outside look of the building or the location in general~but you MUST GO! It is a bit expensive but worth every penny. The food is a taste sensation and the service is outstanding..also the presentation of the food is a... More

A group of 10 of us went here for a business dinner. The food and wines we had were amazing. Lots of choices for everyone. The space was a little tight but it just made the experience intimate. The wait staff was very nice and accommodating.

Four girlfriends and I meet for dinner once per month, with each person picking a restaurant. I was the 5th to pick and I chose Brasitas. The atmosphere is conducive to having fun! The first time we were there a large party was directly behind us. It was a little hard to have a conversation at our table. This is... More

Several years ago Brasitas was just one of average restaurants. Than they hired an amazing chef, changed staff, updated decor . And the rest was history. The best restaurant by far! Great service, great food, atmosphere is so welcoming. Stamford prices but width every penny. Highly recommend. Great restaurant!!!

Fabulous food and atmosphere. Plantains are to die for! Either the Stamford or Norwalk restaurant are good - different ambiance, but same delicious food.

The food is AWESOME. The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly, and the customers are happy. What more do you want? (Oh, and the presentation is phenomenal.) When the weather is warm I love to come down here and feel like I'm on vacation. Sangria! Patricia is a wonderful bartender.

I was brought here by a Columbian friend who proud of the food here. I have never been to Latin America so can't vouch for how authentic, but the food is very good. The plantain chips and quac are excellent. I really enjoyed their salmon entree. complex flavors! The short ribs are also very good. I was here for both... More

The food has so many twist and changes to the REAL Latin flavor that it's almost just like any other American food place, nothing really authentic. The empanadas didn't seem fresh and the Arepa....mmmm lots to wish for. Way overpriced; parking!!!huge issue.
