Excellent food

The food and service were excellent. Had a buffet lunch there with family. Would have given a 5, but the linens delivery came through the private dining room where we were eating.

Madonia is a restaurant we found by accident. We were actually on our way to another restaurant and when we found it was closed, we decided to stop by here on the way back home. We have been back about a dozen times since. The food is top notch. I have never had an average meal there, nevermind a bad... More

Located just off the Merritt Parkway at exit 35, this restaurant has been a go-to place for many years. Originally a steak house, it now specializes in Italian food, but there's an array of items suitable for everyone. We've often visited for dinner, but met friends for lunch and was delightfully surprised at how quiet it was. Only two other... More

We met up for the first time with family. The atmosphere is really nice and welcoming. Our server was friendly and very prompt. The food was quite good, especially the lobster risotto and the lasagna. Definitely a spot we will return to often.

The last time we visited this restaurant for dinner the food was spectacular especially the lobster risotto, but tonight everything was awful the fried calamari was chewy cause it was overcooked the lobster risotto was completely bland and tasteless and the beet salad with pancetta had no pancetta. I definitely will not be going back I was extremely disappointed with... More

Restaurant was ice cold for first 15 minutes, so cold in fact, that my wife had to put on her coat. The menu was very limited, not a great deal of choices. The waiter, however, provided excellent service. We both ordered a salad ... $12.00 for a 1/2 a handful of lettuce, 5 candied pecans and a few thinly sliced, narrow... More

Had Thanksgiving dinner here. Four of us ordered the turkey. Everything was served family style which was fine until the brought a plate with 2 burned turkey legs and 2 burned turkey thighs. We asked our server if there was white meat and her reply was "we have to get rid of the other parts". It was so overcooked you... More

I drive by this restaurant multiple times a day and for years have not stopped in. In the past three months have been there three times and have enjoyed each experience. As others have mentioned, the dining room can feel crowded and is quite noisy. If you can sit outside on a pleasant evening, you will have an enjoyable time.... More

We have a wonderful dinner tonight at Madonia. I had a delicious spinach salad and lobster risotto. The portion size was generous and I even took some home. Pecan pie for dessert topped off this great meal. The outside dining patio reminds me of being in Italy! Bravo!!
