I took my partner there today is I've been twice before with my kids. I told her that the milk shakes are the best ever so she couldn't wait to go. I told her that we should just have a milkshake and a small bite to share as the shakes are just so filling and the wait from getting drink... More

The staff did their best and actually once our order was taken all went well but the wait between being sat and getting our drinks was overlong. Not the fault of anyone on duty, they were working hard trying to serve food, take orders and seat people. Food is well cooked and in adeqaute portions. Atmosphere as good as one... More

I've frequented OKs around the country over the years. This was my worst visit yet. The staff are friendly but the food has gone seriously downhill. My dinner looked well below par, as the chicken and chips smelled as if they had been cooked in old fat - several times. I tried to eat some but gave up after a... More

We came here very late one Thursday before flying back to the UK. We enjoyed a good few hours eating, chatting and soaking up the atmosphere. it was a great way to end a two week business trip. The food was simple but nice and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Having just had a meal here I was left with the feeling that the whole experience could have been much better. Everything was just so average. The theme is great but it was all image over substance, no wow factor, food could have been from any fast food place. Just ordinary roadside food, small portions, the only thing memorable was the... Been here today and will never go to an ok diner again after our one and only visit to one. After a 20 minute queue to get a table the restaurant was tiny and dreadfully smoke filled, leaving our clothes stinking of grease for the rest of the day. There was no extraction or ventilation and when we mentioned it... More

We are avid travellers to the USA and can honestly say that the food here was as good if not better than many places we have been to in the states. I can't compare to a while ago when reviews were bad but having eaten there today the food was fantastic. The burger was really tasty and wow the peanut... More

The quality of food from the OK Diner is very good, and its not your usual rip-off prices for road-side food. Portion sizes are nice and generous. Service has always been very good and quick. The burgers are delicious, and the pulled pork sandwich is brilliant. Meals are best finished with a cookies and cream milkshake, but one between two people... More

Have left a review on the website but negative ones are never published neither does anyone ever contact you with an apology from hq despite them taking your email details. We were there this week having used it many year ago and enjoying it, it's now dire! Staff looked unkempt and miserable, service was slow, the whole thing looked tacky... More

We used to live in the area and would regularly eat here when our kids were younger. We tend to visit only very occasionally now but have always looked forward to it. Our last visit here was quite frankly dire. We'd had a long day and were looking forward to our regular plate of fish and chips and the chill... More
