Sylvium is a great little Italian restaurant and a terrific value. Always great service and I have never had anything that I did not like! A gem.

We were three couples last Saturday who made a reservation for dinner. The restaurant is quite small, so if you are less than 5, you cannot make a reservation and may have to wait, but it is well worth the wait!! The menu is wonderful with so many fabulous choices! The atmosphere was relaxing and our waiter, Nick, was wonderful.... More

The food was delicious. I loved the veal scaloppini. Be prepared to wait though. We arrived around 5 pm and didn't make the first wave of diners, so we had to wait an hour. We were told this when we were arrived. We were lucky enough to get seats on a bench inside and ordered some wine while we waited.... More

The food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable for the portions and quality. The place is a little cramped and they only have wine, no mixed drinks. So we tend to get takeout rather then eating there.

We have been coming here for years. Our first meal was incredible and when we decided to come back we didn't think it was possible that it would ever live up to our memory and it was even better! Now we come regularly for special occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. etc. It's been consistently phenomenal ever since and whenever anybody asks me... More

This restaurant is a true example of how food should be prepared and served. The atmosphere is nice but not stuffy as the food is the main event here. The service is good and I have never had a bad experience nor have any of my friends and family who continue to frequent this small establishment. They get it right... More

Great restaurant, but it does take a long time to get your table. We were seated a half hour after our reservation time. But, the food was worth the wait. The wait staff was excellent and we had top notch service. We had the asparagus ravioli and the homemade fettuccini with meat sauce. Both were prepared perfectly! I can see... More

Went with three business colleagues and we all enjoyed the Silvium experence. Gracious service that was spot on. We shared the fried calamari, which was very lightly battered and cooked well. The lobsert ravioli and veal scaloppini with portobello mushrooms were the stand-out entrees. The only reason it isn't a five star is the atmosphere is more than a bit... More

Had dinner here last night on a quick trip to Stamford. Was beyond pleased with this restaurant. The staff is super friendly and the good was Amazing! I did not expect such good quality Italian in CT and was blown away. Extensive specials menu and sold out items are always a good sign. Had a stuffed veal chop and the... More

What can we say? Warm, attentive, family owned, outstanding food quality, nice wines, great atmosphere, attentive staff. Truly southern italian cuisine. The perfect spot to spend a lunch or dinner. Believe me!
