Very Good

The food is good, service is friendly, prices are reasonable for the portions. The restaurant is clean. We choose to sit in the bar to dine, the bartender immediately introduced herself and the other bartender. They both waited on us.

The place was "ok". Had to wait almost 2 hours for a table that was small and crampt. Place was drafty and cold. Food was "so-so" and for the price paid, way too expensive.

Had a wonderful late lunch on Saturday, May 9th, to celebrate a graduation. Beautiful day so the seven of us were able to dine outside. We started with appetizers and salads. The lobster and crab cakes were the best I have had. So tasty. The boneless wings were devoured. 😀 the salads were okay. Nothing special. Now to the entrees.... More

While the bar service was terrible, once we were seated in the restaurant with Crystal as our server, we had a great dinner! Try the crab cake, the fried eggplant with shrimp and scallops appetizers. The pork special with raspberry sauce was amazing. As were the steak tips and the grilled seafood with chimichurri sauce. The desserts were also delicious.... More

It's very nice to go for lunch. Sinners are good but it's very noisy and hard to hear your own conversation . Had the orcs. Crusted Chicken--delicious! My green had a Lenten salad that she really liked . Her husband has the same thing whenever we go -- chicken Parmesan so it must be good! Wait staff very accommodating

We returned here for dinner, after about 9 months absence; the food was okay, it seems the portions have gotten smaller, ie, the 10 oz. fillet mignon seemed minuscule, and the additional scallops looked like bay scallops! The skirt steak dish was very good. We've been used to a very good value, it seems to have declined. The service was... More

What I can't figure out is how this place stays in business. Unbelievably good food, superb service and equally unbelievable superb prices. Who in their right mind ever thought you could get a Filet Mignon cooked exactly the way you ask, with salad, vegetable potato or rice for $19 AT DINNER? Service was excellent. The young lady who took care... More

Excellent filet mignons. Cranberry chicken a must try. We have gone for many years. Always a fun night out sitting in the bar on a high top!

The atmosphere in the place has an old Boston feel to it. The service is friendly and competent. I started with the pork osso buco as an appetizer. It was excellent full of flavor and perfectly prepared. My dinner was a wood fired NY strip steak, mashed potatoes, greenbeans and carrots and a salad. The salad was fresh and loaded.... More

We had the best meal there. Got the fried eggplant appetizer, with cream sauce, amazing, and shrimp and scallops. Large portion, split with my hubby. We had the pot roast and the sirloin tips and the food was so good. Again, large portions and the best garlic mashed potatoes I ever ate. Prices good, service pleasant. Would go there again... More
