After going to the haunted house....

After going to the haunted house at the local amusement park we went to Somewhere in Bangkok for dinner. Very busy place - twice around to find a parking place. But no wait when we got in. Started with Tom Yum Khoong (hot and spicy soup) which lives up to its name. Very tasty. Others had calamari... read more

On Saturday night, we had a reservation for 4 at 7:00 PM ... and the table was available when we walked in. The main dining room, renovated and expanded since we last ate here, was larger and very attractive. And the four different meals we ordered were very good, as were the two appetizers. Well, that was the good news.... More

There were four of us and each had a great meal. The service was perfect and next time we'll take advantage of the BYOB option.

Great varied dishes. Some are too spicy. But all are excellent. Bring your own wine or alcoholic beverage.

When traveling through Southington we found this little place off a main road. Its very clean, the help is very friendly. It does not serve alcohol but you are allowed to bring your own. The food is authentic Thai food which to my surprise was very good. The servings were just right.

We are Thai food lovers and have eaten in many Thai restaurants the world over, including Thailand. "Somewhere in Bangkok" is our absolute favorite. Lucky for us we're local and able to eat here often. BYOB with no charge.

Love the Thai curry, especially the yellow curry. Everything seems really fresh and just-made to order.

This is an island in a sea of Rt 10 chain restaurants. The food is really good. We had Bai Ka Praw Chicken and Mussamun Curry Shrimp, and both were hits. The heat ratings were accurate and portions were adequate for two hungry late night diners. The service was good, considering that everything tasted fresh and prepared to order. Late... More

They recently expanded their dining area which was sorely needed. It's a beautiful room allowing for more seating and not as crowded. The menu is a varied one and all the food prepared fresh and comes out hot. They can adjust the spices for you on anything you order. The service is quick and efficient and they don't rush you...
