You immediately feel as though you've stepped off a street in pretty much any town in France. The menu lists genuine French dishes, with only one nod to the American palate in the form of LUC's Burger - but then again "Steak Haché" frequently makes an appearance on menus throughout France. For my appetizer, I chose the Parfait de Foie... More

Been there several times for dinner and lunch with the wife. The food has always been great the ambience is very nice, rustic and feels very " country French ".

Very nice ... Small but did not feel crowned. I had the Steak w shallots and garlic....I wanted to love it...but sorry to say it was not very good....the meat was tough...and the steak was SMOTHERED in the garlic and shallots.....so be aware.....I love both but this was way too much. My friend had the duck it was tasty 😊... More

Not sure why all the good reviews. I think it's because it's the "in" place to be for the Ridgefield locals. Food was average . The soup was Ok, but watery. Sole was very good. Waiter was nice but looked frazzled and running in circles. It's a very noisy atmosphere, so if your looking to have a conversation sit outdoors.... More

I recently enjoyed a relaxing, leisurely dinner at Luc's with a good friend. The atmosphere is decidedly European with small, cozy tables and service that is unhurried. For those accustomed to the typical frenetic pace of the standard American restaurant, they may feel the service is slow or disinterested and/or the tables uncomfortably small, so understand what to expect before... Wonderful ambiance. Whitewashed, wood beamed cellar. Lovely french bistro type food. Great vibe for a suburban type restaurant. Moules et frites are fabulous. Have been here many times.

Luc's is one of my "all time favorite" restaurants... the atmosphere there is as a little piece of Europe nestled right in the center of Ridgefield, CT. Owner Herve and his right-hand man Ludo always make everyone welcome... even on the busiest nights. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal or a bad experience at... More

Couldn't get served despite begging. Went for an early dinner (6:15pm) and didn't leave until well after 8:30. I like a well paced meal but this was ridiculous. Way too long between courses and couldn't find the waiter...ever.
