Great food, reasonable prices, nice dine-in decor, robust take-out business (but often long wait so call ahead). Sister restaurant of Ching's Table in New Canaan, but much better prices in Ridgefield. Red snapper, sesame crusted salmon, beef with eggplant are my regular favorites.
