We live in the area and have been in multiple times. Talking with a group tonight including teenagers, young adults and parents and we were surprised that everybody had the same experience! Decided to put it on trip advisor so the people in charge will know! Everything we've ever eaten is GREAT which is why we keep going in. The... More

Probably the best hamburger in New England. Angus beef, cooked properly and served up on a good, fresh bun. A large variety of toppings, but the one to go for is the "Ultimate" combination with chili sauce and onion strings. The chili sauce is of the cooked for ever meat and peppers variety, no bean and a nice spice. Worth... More

the burger patties tend to be on the small side, not like the one in the picture. What makes the burgers and hot dogs are the toppings, which come in a huge variety. For a better burger I'll run down to Haywire in Westbrook. We recently tried the guacamole with warm pita bread. The guacamole lacked any heat and the... More

Best burgers I have ever had and I'm a burger guy. They have about 15 varieties. I normally like my burgers rather traditional...ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese, lettuce, tomato. Fortunately you can get any burger they make as a slider for $2.25. I tried 6 of them and they were all awesome. My wife had the wings R rated and they... More

Food is great always and we are there weekly. Service depending on the server can be marginal...always have to ask for a fork. Every Monday we go for .50 wings and 1.00 sliders. Tonight, I ordered and asked for my check with my food. I noticed I did not get the special and asked the waitress. She said, it starts... More

We were going to Jack Rabbit's but it is very small and there were no seats left when we arrived. The bar next door was called the Rabbit Hole, but it was too loud to conceive of going in there to eat although my husband does enjoy a beer with dinner. Then the Jack Rabbits people told us that the... More

Was looking for a quick lunch in Old Saybrook, and accidentally found this restaurant. The name truly says it all - and who doesn't like burgers, wings & things? So many items on the menu to choose from. It was difficutl to narrow down to just one, so I ordered the Boston Burger. It was cooked perfectly - medium rare.... More

This was a first time visit. Jack Rabbit's serves very fresh, high quality meals. You will not be disappointed. The staff is friendly and the menu is extensive. You can also have a drink at the bar next door and the staff of Jack Rabbit's will deliver your food right to your table. Great for lunch. I strongly recommend this... More

This is by far one of the nicest, friendliest restaurants I have ever been to. The staff were very friendly and the foot was delicious with a lot of food to select. I would thoroughly recommend the Maple shake with walnuts in it!
