Excellent breakfast on the veranda by the Lieutenant River!

Not only is the breakfast wonderful, but their Pho soup and other Vietnamese specialties are authentic and delicious. A very popular spot, open for breakfast and lunch with seating directly on the pretty Lieutenant River Marshes.

Happy staff, good service, reasonable food, worth a stop for breakfast or lunch. Popular with locals.

I went with a friend for lunch in the summer. I had the veggie wrap (They have a hot and cold one I had the hot one) with sweet potato fries and a grilled blueberry muffin. Out of all the veggie wraps I've had, this one was probably the best! Everything tasted very fresh. When you sit outside, the waterfront... More

I will admit I've never eaten here, and I certainly don't plan on it. Despite the bad reviews, I was planning to have my rehearsal dinner here. The reason for this review is that I spoke to Morning Glory several times. Once I confirmed the date was available I called back to confirm the details and ask a few questions,... More

Excellent breakfast place. The service was great. I got eggs that were cooked perfectly with delish home fries and a side of fruit salad. Hubby got the apple muffin that was fabulous.

A sweet little restaurant with delicious soups! I was pleasantly surprised! The portions were large so I was able to take some home.

Yummy breakfast. Real butter and real syrup--but you have to ask for it and they will happily bring it. Good breakfast specials. We sat on the patio and had a great view.

The restaurant overlooks the marsh. The food is outstanding and it is very homey. It is a bit small but still worth it.

tucked away in a tiny shopping plaza a copse of trees away from the Florence Griswold museum in Old Lyme, this lovely breakfast and lunch spot offers indoor and outdoor eating. Of really good food at really reasonable prices. The Asian items on the otherwise fairly predictable [and yummy] menu reflect the original home of the founding family the local... More

We ate lunch here overlooking the quiet Lieutenant River. The food was good; especially the egg rolls and Thai iced tea. The spring rolls were different than I was used to, with thick noodles inside. If I went again, I would try different food. Very nice scenery.
