We've been here as a couple and with friends. It's always a good time! The food is delicious! We've tried the authentic bangers and mash, other entrees, sandwiches, fries, salads, and appetizers! All of it is encellent. The draft beer choices are plentiful if you enjoy beer. They also have a full bar! The waitstaff is friendly and generally attentive... More

From the moment we walked in we knew we'd be having the fish & chips. The place smelled great! All you can eat, $10. Great batter fried fish and peppered french fries. Cold beer.

Like the review by USA, this place could be great. The beer is is very good, and the food interesting. Our companions had meat loaf, the serving was large and easily split. We had a Reuben and a burger. The Reuben was very good, the burger average. The H and D fries very good, maybe the best part of the... More

Service was terrible. The place smells like sewage. It is a fake Irish bar. Takes forever to get food even when it isn't busy. Tried to give this place a few chances but every time I feel like I have wasted my money and left aggravated. Don't bother.

This place has everything going for it, location, atmosphere, it is busy -- but the service is so painfully slow and the workers do not seem to care. It is frustrating to have a mediocre to poor experience in a place that you want to have fun and enjoy. The food was good and the beer selection is good, however... More

Harp & Dragon is a very Irish atmosphere. They have many different beers on tap and the decor is very nice. The bartenders are great. Their food is expensive but pretty decent.

Stopped in for a snack; had an excellent corned beef sandwich (the marble rye bread is amazing). However, it was happy hour, and the place had a TV running videos along with blaring overhead music. Too loud to even talk to the person next to you. Probably would not go back.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. They have good drink and food specials. Good beer selection. Parking can be tricky, but worth a Te trip.

Been to the Harp several times and just went again last night, and had the usual experience. The Harp is your typical Irish type pub, with about two dozen beers on tap and your typical pub and Irish food. I went with an old standby of pub chicken fingers and fries. Their fries are very good and they also have... More

My family and I drove into Norwich from NY state for some family matters, and after a few hours in the car, we needed some good food. It was our first time to Norwich, and when we drove into the downtown area, our first thoughts were of how such New England towns are going through rough times. The classic charm... More
