We've been going to both Brasita's Restaurants in Norwalk and Stamford for many years. The food is fabulous - we've never gotten anything there that we didn't love! Plantain chips and salsa are great as are the black bean soup, salmon, shrimp, port and steak. The food is interestingly presented and service is very good. I love their Sangria too.... More

I simply loved this place when I lived in Norwalk. I am a foodie and this restaurant always did it for me. A co-worker recommended it and although it does't look special from the outside I was very surprised at the food. It was perfectly cooked, beautifully presented, and always interesting to the palate. Great service, too. They did meat... More

The food is really delicious and not typical. The atmosphere is nice but for the price of the meals, could be nicer.

I've had a few meals at Brasitas, bringing new colleagues with me for each visit. The restaurant has yet to disappoint. From the generous bowl of plantains and salsa to the main dishes, the food is fresh, well prepared and delicious. For my most recent visit, I tried the red snapper. It was terrific but a bit difficult to navigate... More

On a long, routine drive from Massachusetts to Maryland, we decided to skip the usual highway eateries and look for a place off the Merritt Parkway. By chance, we discovered Brasitas and we were delighted with our lunches. It's a charming Cuban/Spanish restaurant. We began with a free starter of very fresh salsa and light, non-greasy plantain chips, both seasoned... More

So I was staying at the hotel next door and asked where I can get some good food. Low and behold, I'm here. Being Colombian myself, I thought I could offer a biased opinion for review. I will say that they hit the nail right on the head with the quality and flavor of food. Outstanding. I had the Carne... More

Brasitas Norwalk is an excellent South American (Colombian) restaurant with consistently great food and good service. Fish and steak are both excellent. The atmosphere is also very nice. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.
