Quick bite in Niantic!

We took a chance and walked in for lunch. I had a lobster roll which was served warm with butter and is was full of delicious lobster. My husband had fried clams, they were very tender. We also indulged in dessert and had the chocolate mousse cake, OMG!! That was the best cake I've had in forever.

Our waitress was extremely nice and helpful. My daughter loved her chicken pot pie - was like stew with a crust set on top. My swordfish was a thin piece but flavor was good. Fries were limp; broccoli was al dente and without much seasoning. They have a two-tier back deck overlooking the water but we sat inside. This is... More

Came in for dinner and started off having the waitress ask us if we wanted something to drink. She said they had "Del's" lemonade with or without alcohol. I did the non alcohol but came in a take home cup. Then I ordered dinner which was the ribs. I was told it came with two sides, I picked broccoli and... More

This restaurant use to be Constantine's and family owned and wonderful....now it is just run of the mill food....usually the seafood is not fresh but frozen....and generally way overcooked.

Stopped here after a morning of fishing on the Sunbeam. We ate out on the upper deck which has a nice view of Niantic Bay. They have a nice selection of beer so we each had a Yuengling. I had the chicken pot pie for the first time and it was great. My son enjoyed his fried clam meal also.

We had the lobster mac and cheese and the broiled scallops. Both were wonderful. We do wish we had thought to dine on the balcony for a better view.

My husband and I have gone here multiple times. We mostly go for a drink and maybe some popcorn they pop fresh near the bar. The upper deck, which is open during the summer, has a great view of the ocean. The food is only average. We've tried multiple things and were not wowed by any of them.

Went for lunch and sat on the lower patio. Nice view of the Niantic bay. Staff was friendly and personable. I had a nice chicken breast sandwich and golden fries. My wife had a superb chicken, bacon and cheese on flat bread with a side of delicious onion rings. Service was quick and the food was hot. I would recommend... More

The chicken I had was superb and the view of the ocean is awesome. The Acela train goes by ever 10-15 min or so and gives a rush, it's really cool actually.

I've only eaten here a couple times. The latest visit was last week. I was in the mood for a hot, juicy burger. The burger was huge, and cooked just as I asked. The fries were OK, but not the best I've ever had. The service was also OK, but I though a bit slow considering it was mid afternoon,... More
