My husband and I went before heading on our anniversary weekend to Foxwoods. I had the BLaT in gluten free wrap which was delicious. Bacon, lettuce, avocado and lettuce. However, they added a serving of pasta on the side which was not gluten free. They apologized and gave me a side of fruit salad instead. Very cute place. Staff is... More

My wife had been wanting to try this restaraunt for some time, so we finally decided to stop in an have a quick bite. The cafe itself is small with only a coulpe of tables on the inside, but has a large "patio" seating area that was quite nice on the day we went. The menu itself is a little... More

While it looked cute and the menu sounded good, it wasn't! We sat outside and although the restaurant wasn't busy, we had to go in 3 times to check on our order! My friend had the quesodia and she said it was like eating play dough ! I had a veggie wrap with Avocado, awful tasting! The avocado was not... More

Cute little independabit t place. A fine menuve tried many of the drinks offered here. Lattes/cappuccinos are ok, but the coffee has always been hot and fresh. A small location, but service is prompt and the baristas are friendly. Part of our routine.

Fresh food with a lot of thought put into it! Gluten free, vegan and vegetarian friendly. Locally owned by very nice people. Sit inside or outside on the patio in nice weather, after walking around downtown niantic.

It may have been an off day judging from the other reviews, but we did not have a positive experience here at all. The staff were not outwardly rude, but were no where near friendly and seemed bothered they had to stop their conversation and help us. My wife asked if ey had almond milk as she is lactose intolerant,... More

Whether you're visiting or a local, you owe it to yourself to visit cafe Sol for breakfast or lunch - or both! They make delicious, creative wraps and sandwiches and tasty salads. Breakfast sandwiches come with a side of fruit, lunch sandwiches with interesting pasta or grain salads. Try the Mexicali "Rap" for breakfast, or the The Blue for lunch... More

THE local place to hang out! Tabitha and Brian have transformed this place into a community hub. Great breakfasts, whether you are grabbing a coffee and scone or want to sit and enjoy the Mexicali wrap - genius! Wonderful lunch choices - soups, salads, gourmet quesadillas, and a variety of flavor filled sandwiches. Everything made fresh using as much organic... More

A true hidden gem of a cafe. Niantic has long needed to raise its bar for dining. Pizza and chinese rule the day. Cafe sol offered healthy alternatives at a good price. Blackbean burger to pbj. All was good. Service was friendly and great. Mixed clientel ... Teens to retirees definitely a place to stop and enjoy a sandwich.
