I had Rhode Island clams as an appetizer and Atlantic salmon in butter and lemon sauce as an entree. My partner had the chicken parmigiana with linguine. The fish was excellent. Beautifully cooked; vegetables were fresh green beans and carrots. Salad could have used more variety in the lettuce, but the mustard vinaigrette was fine. The desserts were disappointing--chocolate mud... More

I had been wanting to try this place for a while. My boyfriend and I stopped in one Sunday evening for dinner and I was horribly dissapointed. The atmosphere was quaint and homey. And I liked that the menu was full of simple, classic seafood dishes. We ordered the stuffed clams as an appetizer - they were flavorful with large... More

Having lived in the area for many, many years and having heard great things about Joey's, we decided to finally give it a try. Disappointing for sure. The menu is not intriguing at all and the food was pricey and not good. The fish entree I had was bland and dry. The only halfway decent thing on the menu was... More

We ate here because we wanted Seafood & had heard good things about this place. The food was fresh, but not fantastic. I was looking forward to the "Best Seafood Stuffing" and didn't get that. While the atmosphere is a bit dark, it can be very romantic. Also, was a little disappointed that a side of "White Clam" was an... More

When we have an event to mark like a birthday or family get together we go to Joey's. It's consistently good - best seafood in town and you always feel comfortable there. It just feels right at Joeys - good food, good service, generous drinks.

AWFUL. DON'T BE DECEIVED. Very poor service. Took sooo long in between each serving, we were actually bored. We did not order dessert because of it. It is a small, dark, DRAB old house. We paid $60. for my stuffed lobster that barely had stuffing. The stuffing that was there was not good either. The wine I was served was... More

Been going to Joey's for years and brought Dinner Guests who can not wait to return. The Young Waitresses are Great. Every time we have Waitress "S" it is a poor evening out. She serves crossing in front of my wife instead walking to the customers left, no spoon for the linguine, no pepper mill offering, brings the "check" without... More

Service is horrible. Very pricey for average food. Again this was a very good restautant but I think they are cutting corners to make a profit. Not a good idea.

Last Friday (first Friday in lent) I took my daughter to Joey's for some great sea food. I ordered Alaskan King Crab legs that were advertized at 1&1/2 lbs for $46. Immediately upon being served I questioned the order and the waitress agreed that it looked significantly under a pound and a half. Not only that, the legs were not... More

The menu is limited to the usual Southern Italian dishes. It hasn't changed in years. At times, we've been the first to arrive for dinner, and it seems as if we woke up the chef. This is average -- at best (and very boring).
