My husband and I went to River Bistro the day after Valentine's Day, along with our son. I was looking to eating at the small, quaint restaurant and eating authentic tapas. Anybody who has ever been to Spain will enjoy revisiting the country's cuisine via the River Cafe in New Milford. Chef Carl Mattiace does a great job with Tapas which are available both in the dining room and in the bar.
