Not happy. Waitress was good. Seats were very low for me. Steak had crab on top. Steak was tough and had gristle in it. Not happy with that For the amount we spent could have been better. On the plus side my husband was happy with his.

My husband and I travelled to Clarion Inn and the Outback was right on site within walking distance to get a bite to eat. The chicken and outback burger were delicious.

Had the steak trio special. Soup or salad, steak & desert. $11.95. Also has some great beer. The service was quite fast with some hot bread brought to the table. The wait staff was very attentive to all my needs. Went early for there was a long wait after I was seated.

We had a gift certificate to this restaurant and had never been there before. It was a perfect dining experience. There was no wait, but the place was full. Our waitress, Casey D, welcomed us with great enthusiam as we were first time diners and the manager (cannot remember her name, sorry) came to our table twice to see how... More

I visited this restaurant with my mother recently. I had the grilled chicken which was unfortunately overcooked and dry. The bloomin' onion we came for was also a bit overcooked, but still tasty. We tried a couple of the types of shrimp on offer as they are unlimited at the moment. The fried ones had a bit more batter than... More

We were in Mystic CT on vacation and decided to go to Outback on our last night. We went last year after a trip to Foxwoods and it was one of the best meals we ever ate out so being it was only a mere 15 minutes from Mystic it was a no brainer. I had the NY Strip, cooked... More

Typical Outback, main course was good as was "bloomin onion". Only complaint was with lettuce wedge salad, the bottom of which was frozen and slimy.

For a chain restaurant, this is a very good option. We save Outback for special occasions, because the servings are enormous. It's not overly expensive, though. We like the menu, too.

Petite filet looked and tasted more like a hunk of steak. Waiter said that was the way they served a medium well. I have news for him. He needs to go to Lewnes' in Annapolis for a real filet.
