We were looking for a new place to have breakfast before leaving CT and happened across Monica's State Street Diner. We followed the locals and just sat down at a booth ( we were 4 people). The food was good and the service was good. It got quite crowded when we were there. Highly recommended. more
"MONICAS STATE STREET IS THE BEST!!!! Best (and only) breakfast diner in town. Haven't been there for lunch, but I've heard that it's good. more
If you are looking for a DEAL....go to Monica's on State Street... the service is terrific, fun and lively... Meet Janie, Cookie, Tee, Sarah, Orshi, Carol, Melanie, Angel, Sherriff and over course Monica herself.
