Excellent venue for a large group

Had our daughters wedding reception dinner here. They were able to accommodate 30+ people. Terrific pizzas (try the Thai pizza). Had buffet style pizza and salad. The food kept coming; it was delicious. If folks wanted to try a particular type of pizza it was made for us. Everything... read more

MAYBE it was me, but I really did not care for this place. pizza was over-cooked, dry, and very little toppings. and it seemed to give me the impression it was supposed to be "upscale"? well, the snooty rich folks can have it, I'll stick with my neighborhood pizza joints anyday.

This is the second time I came to this restaurant and both times the wait was too long, especially this time. The waitress was very nice but was forgetting half of the things that we asked for. She was nice enough to offer us drinks on the house due to long wait but we declined. Food itself (whn it finally... More

Several size pizzas including personal. Good flavors on Hawaiian. Hummus is excellent and served with vegetables like red pepper, broccoli, carrots and celery. Also a couple slices of baguette. Service was so-so.

We ordered half pepperoni, half cheese while we waited to go to a concert at the casino. It was reasonably priced. It was hot and fresh from the oven, it was bubbling with cheese and nice and oily with a nice crust. We loved it!!

Our daughter graduated from Connecticut College over the weekend and on Saturday night we took three of her friends to dinner so there were 7 of us in all. First of all, it should be noted that our original reservation was for four people and late in the afternoon I called to add three more and they shuffled things around... More

Loved the choices of such unique pizzas and even better was that they could substitute with vegan cheese or even do the crust with a gluten free dough. The 8" pizza was a perfect size for one person. Though both my husband and I felt our pizza were a bit on the warm side, we didn't make a fuss due... More

This seems to be a popular place judging by the number of patrons on a Thursday night but I don't know why. We had 3 varieties of pizza and none of them stood out. The crust wasn't even average and isn't that why you go to a brick oven place? The beer choices were nothing to rave about either. They... More

My daughter and I were looking for a place to eat supper before going to a movie and I suggested 2 Wives, since I've always been happy when I ate there before. She said sure! We got the mac & cheese pizza (with bacon, of course)! OMG! One of the best pizzas I've ever had! Plus, they have 2 IPAs... More

Some friends and I stopped for a quiet dinner one Sunday evening at 2 Wives. My sandwich and salad were excellent. My friends expressed satisfaction with their pizza, which had a gluten-free crust so this was an important reason to choose this particular restaurant. I'd like to commend our waiter. He was attentive and helpful. We had already been assigned... More
