This is definitely the best restaurant in New London and maybe even the surrounding area. I love the small, friendly family atmosphere while still maintaining a perfect intimate date night atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious and perfectly proportioned. This place is a definite must if you're in the area.

I never had been to a tapas place before this one. The lady who owns it is lovely and the place is right next door to the computer shop. I went in and sat at the bar and had a cock tale. I asked the other people who were at the bar what the best things on the the tapas... More

Stopped in here for tapas and drinks during their happy hour. I'm giving this a middle of the road review, because one half of the servers were nice, one half seemed agitated to have to wait on us. One half of the food was great, one half was bland. The drinks made by the grumpy server tasted like they had... More

My wife and I ate dinner here one Wednesday night recently. There appeared to be one waitress, who was also making her own drinks. Lucky for us (and her) the place wasn't that busy. She was a pro and got everything done. We were in no rush. We had a number of very tasty dishes. The chorizo sausage was real... More

The food at Dev's was great, all be it small portions even for tapas. I didn't have any drinks, however the martinis looked delicious and the other customers at the bar seemed to really enjoy them. Dev's had a very local feel to it, but everyone in the bar; both servers and customers were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend... More

This was our second time eating at Dev's and we hve enjoyed both of our visits. The tapas re quite tasty and reasonably enough priced that you feel like you can order large assortment of things to try. Everything we tried was very tasty. There were five of us and we enjoyed sharing the small plates and trying new things.... More

We were here with another couple on a busy Saturday before going to the Garde for a show. Everything was okay. Nothing we ordered would make me go back. Service was good and Bunny was sociable !

This is a Spanish tapas, Asian and Italian influence food. Sounds weird, but almost everything we ate - and we ordered six tapas and dessert was very good. Bocce Balls -- mac and cheese and chorizo deepfried balls -- weird sounding, yes? Excellent flavor!! Good value for your money. And, if your lucky, you get to meet Miss Bunny! Ask... More
