Great Fish, over priced apps

We were a party of 5. Our server was very patient. My whole Mediterranean Sea Bass was excellent [I had mine pan-seared] and the Croquetas de Cangrejo (crab cakes) were tasty but extremely small [4, each about the size of a quarter]. Cheese cake very nice. The other in my party enjoyed their... read more

I agree with a review written in May 2015. I also had been to Pacifico many times over the years and enjoyed a good meal. Something has changed. The croquet vegetarians was inedible, and the grilled oysters a disappointment. We wont be back and we suggest you eat elsewhere. If you are looking for tapas, try Bistro in New Haven... More

This is a great bar! Friendly and welcoming with great drinks. The bartenders are great! The have an extensive array of tequilas and scotch. Appetizers are ok, but the Margarita and terrific.

I have been to Pacifico a few times, in fact it used to be one of my favorite places to go for dinner. But something has changed in the last year or two, the food quality has diminished. I went for a 2nd time this year and it will be my last. I ordered Lobster ravioli in shrimp sauce, I... More

It was New Haven restaurant week and we debated what place that would be new to us to try. Pacifico won out. I also knew I would have trouble finding parking. True- all places at the nearest lot were full! So I had a few blocks to walk. In the mean time, my husband whom I had dropped off had... More

It is restaurant week in New Haven and a three-course meal at Pacifico is $32. The food is simply great. The service is perfect and warm. The restaurant is delightful, fun, colorful, bright. The appetizers, corn cakes with short ribs and quinoa croquets were veery tasty and just the right amount. The paella is terrific, chocked with seafood and excellent... More

This place sucks. Sat a the bar, slow service. Bill was 27.00 and got charged $50.00 for a coffee and a cocktail. Never go back again. Won't be in business long with this kind of customer service. Shame on them!!!

Went with a party of 10, very good service and everyone loved their meals! Best Mojito in CT! Also, a must try is their Absolute and Ginger Beer, you'll be pleasantly surprised at how tasty this one is! I had the duck, it was awesome! My wife had the skirt steak, she loved it. Highly recommend this place.

Found this restaurant on groupon which for $55 we got 2 specialty cocktails 2 tapas and two entrees. The food was delicious but my only complaint would be that it took forever to come, even though we ordered everything at once. The ambiance was nice, and I would definately visit this restaurant again.

Went there last night before the theater. Bread came with tomato spread - almost like tomato paste with olive oil. I thought it was ok but my wife didn't like it at all. Quinoa croquettes were pretty good. My wife's Shortribs on Arepa was good. My shrimp tapas dish was decent but my pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon was undercooked.... More
