This is the second time I have dined at Ibiza, and think this is the best restaurant in New Haven with Union League not far behind. Although I am not a big cocktail person, their Blood Orange Margarita is not to be missed. As for the food, from apps to dessert, this restaurant is outstanding. I had one of their... More

We were spending the weekend in New Haven--on a museum jaunt--and had never eaten at Ibiza before. Overall, it was an experience that got better as the evening went on and we're glad that we chose it. At first, the service was a bit off-hand and there are a lot of servers and young assistants to the servers who seem... More

Top notch food and service, particularly the seafood. paella is also delicious. cocktails such as the blood orange margarita and the extensive wine list make this a wonderful place to both drink and eat.

My husband and I dined here with friends on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed, and as soon as I tasted the food it was easy to tell why. Everything was fresh and delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Usually we don't splurge on drinks, appetizers, and desserts, but I'm glad we did. It was pricey but totally worth... Despite the tripadvisor rating at #5, in my opinion this is the Best Restaurant in New Haven. For fine dining when you are in New Haven, this is the place to go. My wife and I generally visit Ibiza two or three times a year, sometimes for special occasions, other times when we just want a really great meal. We... More

I decided to return to Ibiza in downtown New Haven and introduce it to a student and his mom. They wanted something Spanish and this restaurant always equally competes with the Barcelona restaurant nearby. Took awhile to get seated, but the authentic staff made sure we were comfortable, and served us one of their specialty drinks as soon as possible.... More

We return to Ibiza every time we visit New Haven and have never yet been disappointed. It is always busy, even on a Monday evening, even when the weather is bad. This time we were seated next to two large parties (although we were offered a table elsewhere if we preferred quiet), and still the quality and the service were... More

Excellent food, simply loved it. A more formal place, good for a date or a special occassion. One of my fav places for a specila occassion. The dishes were all very good.

Excellent food, cocktails (Sazerac!), and wines. The wine advice is helpful for those of us who don't know Spanish wines.

I visited with a friend for my birthday in December and loved just about everything about my whole experience. I loved how festive it looked for the holidays and how open the space is inside. They have a really neat bar setup that isn't secluded but not the main attraction either. I ordered the Pollo for dinner and it was... More
